It makes great coffee. It looks good on the counter. I did have trouble making the milk foam but I think that was my fault. I will try again tomorrow. That’s why I gave it a four read the directions carefully if you’ve never made cappuccinos.

The machine is very well built with stainless steel, way over my expectation. It is pretty and will fit in any kitchen or office. it is simple to use, once you have the coffee powder ready, press single shot or double shot. then enjoy your espresso. The pressure is good enough. See the foam over the coffee in my picture. The water tank is big, the same size as the back of the machine. and the foam steamer works great too. This machine is perfect for family and office or even light commercial use. Choosing an espresso machine is hard, they are either too expensive or poorly built. Have yet to be able to make a cup without an E1 or E2 error and now (1 week in) it’s doing 1/2 shots Was going to exchange but the replacement apparently takes 2 weeks for them to send. So this company just lost my business.

For the price I think this is a great first step into the espresso and steamed milk world. I wish the product came with espresso shot glasses as no regular mug can fit into the machine to catch the shots when pouring. The machine also could have came with a milk steaming pitcher but you can make do without one I suppose. I did purchase those two items separately after realizing the machine didn’t come with them. The espresso shots themselves are okay in quality and make do for my lattes and such. The milk steamer was what I was looking forward to the most and it was … heavily lacking. To get the milk steamed to a good consistency and temperature it takes a longer time than I would like and the steaming wand is rather short which doesn’t help usage. Additionally every time I use the milk steam feature the machine shows me an error code that does not go away for several minutes. I have tried reading the manual and searching online but no such luck in figuring out what this code means. I’m hoping this doesn’t lead to problems in the future where the error fails to go away after a short while. I pictured the machine itself so you can get a grasp of the size which is nice and portable; then additionally a photo of a regular sized mug not fitting below just as a warning that you might need something else to catch your espresso shots when using it ... show more
