I was lucky to come across this little gem. Just started making pizzas at home, stepping up from the random frozen pizza. Found that pizza sauce was lacking a good flavor. Was a little bit worried about the red flake, making this too spicy but boy was a glad I took the chance. I can't eat any hot & spicy stuff and this is perfect. Prime Rib Seasoning- Rave Reviews! This has become my go-to spice for seasoning Prime Rib. Amazing flavor and freshness. The product is sealed in a plastic bag and is a very high-quality blend of Basil, Parsley, Lavender Flowers, Marjoram, Rosemary, Sage, Savory, and Thyme. I mix the Spicewalla Herbs De Provence with Sunflower Oil, Kosher Salt, Butter and coat the Prime Rib- all surfaces and between the tied back ribs and meat. Not sure anything can be better than the ingredients as listed. Using a Rotisserie oven, the Prime Rib yields a Roast that is perhaps, restaurant worthy.

I eat pizza on average once a week. Instead of ordering delivery, I prefer frozen brands. This allows my to enjoy the pizza fresh from the oven. The overall appearance of the Spicewalla tin is charming with a slightly rustic feel. At first I was disappointed that the tin does not come with a sifter. Instead the spices come wrapped in a plastic bag that you can tie closed after each use. That’s when I realized this was done to preserve the potency and flavor. I’ve used it twice so far: The first time sprinkling the Spicewalla spice on a freshly baked pizza; the second time I sprinkled it on a frozen pizza before baking it. Spicewalla instantly adds zest and an uptick in flavor that would work for most varieties of red sauce, meat adorned pizzas. I was sent Spicewalla for review, and have given my honest opinion.

This is my absolute favorite spice so when I saw it here, I had to try it! It says 1ounce but it looks like so much more than that! I took a photo of 2 other spice containers, one less than an ounce and one more than 2 ounces. When I took the special plastic freshness wrap out of the tin I was pleasantly surprised at the amount. This is a super deal, especially when you love the classic flavors that this little beauty contains! It's perfect for roasting a chicken, mashed potatoes, actually most veggies but my favorite is sweet potato french fries. I'll definitely buy my herbs de provence from here from now on!

Herbs de Provence: a perfect mix, obviously fresh, fragrant, perfectly ground. And absolutely classic mix of herbs. One peeve - maybe they can use a larger tin with a tighter lid.

Oh my this spice is good! I bought for my father in law because he loves pizza and has many different fancy pizza gadgets for cooking pizza different ways and he loves it!
