Delivery good and it looks and performs well, however, the two "nuts" that hold the unit to the frame could be better designed. After a few tweaks to get it pointed/directed where we wanted it, it would drop and I would have to get a wrench to tighten the side "nuts" A set of simple knobs, with finger depressions that could be spun open and closed would go a long way in making adjustments easier. On a side note, we placed the fan at the bottom of our basement steps, directing the air to the main level of the home, using the normally cool air in the basement to essentially help boost the overall home A/C comforts. This latter technique has made a big difference in our main home level temperatures. Even though it is somewhat loud (remember it is a powerful fan) area placement in the basement helps drown down the "white noise" of the fan,and we significantly reap its CFU (air speed) benefits, and the wireless control comes in very handy with our placement in the basement. Four versus five stars is solely because of the adjustments nuts on the side.

I use the ac adapter inside. It charges it up. To use outside I unplug it, take it out. Great to not have to be concerned about batteries getting depleted. It blows a satisfactory amount of air when pointed in your general direction and you're pretty close to it. I live in Las Vegas. When I've used it, it has been extremely hot, so under normal "warm" conditions I'm sure it would work well. It's quiet. I like it very much. It was worth the price. I have other battery fans that don't blow much air and you have to replace batteries. This fan is pretty much the only one I use outside now.

The charge lasts a long time and charges pretty quickly also. I am so happy with this product. No cords and can go anywhere! Love it! The dial makes it easier to get the air speed exactly where you want it.

My first Amazon review. My favorite summer purchase! BUT, the directions in my manual to connect the water pipe were totally incorrect. I notified customer service. Whether I've got it connected correctly, who knows, but it worked after some trial and error. HINT: Make sure the water pipe is in front of the unit when in operation. If you pull the water pipe behind the fan, water will spew from the bottom. But, also, remember I had no directions to connect the water pipe. So, YOU might get it to work either way. One more thing, it doesn't take but just a little water to make it work! A great purchase for outside and/or inside during power outages or just extra cooling in any room. Love, love!

I purchased this product for my wife and we didn't use it for months. It was in the garage in the box. We took it out for a BBQ and it was working great until it stopped. Not sure what happened, we tried several different outlets and it just doesn't work anymore. No lights no nothing. It didn't get wet or left in the sun. When we set it up at the BBQ we made sure it was set up in a shaded area. Since we didn't use it for so long it is past the return date. I never bothered contacting customer service about it because I don't feel like going through the hassle. Other than it not working after a few hours everything would have been great from packaging to delivery.

Great fan with solid construction, but my beef with it is in their claim that it pushes 1250cfm. DeWalt, Milwaukee, Ridgid, Ryobi fans all seem to push as much air as this(or more) and they only claim around 300-400cfm. My expectations were that I was going to receive a fairly strong fan, but....it's just decent. Where this fan does shine is in just how quiet it is. I recommend it but keep your expectations in check. ***Edit*** The person that reviewed this fan after me titled their review as "Powerful". This is NOT a powerful fan. Do not be fooled. They also claimed that they used it over an 11 day period at a festival and only charged it twice. They must have had this thing running on the lowest speed then which hardly pushes any air and in no way would be considered "Powerful". The high level on this is equivalent to a breeze. The lower part of the turn dial is barely noticeable.

You charge it and it runs for about 8 hours, take it anywhere and everywhere. I love it. You can also run while charging. Mine goes just about everywhere i go. No longer suffering from the Texas heat.
