I am absolutely blown away by these 4G walkie-talkies. I bought them for my family to use on a cross-state road trip, and they have completely changed how we stay in touch when we're in separate vehicles. I was expecting a complicated process, but we were talking to each other within minutes of opening the box. • Crystal Clear Audio: The sound quality is fantastic. It's like a phone call but with the instant convenience of a push-to-talk button. No static, no interference, just clear voices. • Literally Unlimited Range: This is the main selling point, and it delivers 100%. As long as you have a cell signal, you can communicate. One of our cars was in a rural part of Arizona and the other was heading into California, and we could still chat instantly. I bought four just a couple of weeks ago and they came all connected and ready to use right out of the boxes. I tried them 40 miles away and 400 miles away during a trip and they worked as stated all along the way through different states with very clear communications. They do work over cellular networks in the US only, so they won't work off the grid or in other countries. They do charge with supplied usb C chargers and with other lower amp usb C charges, but not with higher 65 amp usb c chargers, like for a laptop computer. The batteries are only 2500 Amh, not 5000, but seem to have a long battery life. A QR code to register does display everytime you turn them on, but you don't have to do anything with it, it goes away in just a few seconds. The instructions could be better, but it wasn't hard to figure out how to just talk to one other user instead of all four at the same time. I just bought two more and noticed the two new ones had a couple software options my first four didn't have and I also wanted to change the user ID's and add a group to a few of the radios. Customer support is excellent! It is only available via email or WhatsApp, so I didn't know what to expect. I emailed them the changes I wanted, and they completed all of them that same night! They also set up an account for me and emailed me a manual for it so I can make all future chances myself. So, now I can add/change groups and users, etc. They are new, so I can't comment on their durability, but they seem to be of good quality and so far, I am very pleased!

Well, I WAS pretty satisfied up until the last couple of weeks. We got a pair and we love the concept as the wife and I work about 40 miles apart and can talk when we need to. The clarity is exceptional and they're not heavy or awkward and seem pretty sturdy. But now, for some reason hers won't hold a charge even after a day. I am guessing bad batteries but if they can't hold a charge then they're useless paperweights. If I have to replace them I will go with another brand.

I was thinking about ordering another brand of Radio. I was extremely happy with my first purchase that I immediately bought a second set. These radios definitely have unlimited range via SIM cards and mobile internet. I’ve traveled several states away and the clarity is just like I am next door. These are VERY easy to use! You turn the on and talk to your other radio. You can group talk or one on one in private. You can name groups and have a and b channels. The radio feels like any other sturdy consumer Walkie Talkie. The sound is very clear with options to add external mic and speakers. Plus these charge via Cradle or USB-C. The design is minimal and user friendly. The other features that makes these radios so attractive are that they support dual IOT Sim Cards, they work in areas where my cellular phone doesn’t have signal, and the thing that is the best Feature (unlike other similar radios) the service is for life! You pay once for your radios and you have lifetime radio service access for free! Many other services require annual or monthly subscription charges. Customer Service is outstanding! I’m in Kentucky and they are in China but they communicate quickly and efficiently with their customers. I’m happy! I’m ordering more radios for Family use, Emergencies and off the grid use!!

This lifetime free walkie talkie Works well. Sounds clear. Perfect size. Didn't want a full cellphone access for the kids. So, Got these walkie talkies for the kids while they roam around the neighborhood and are away with friends. The farthest I have tested is 5 miles range and they had no issues. It has nice durability and longevity of the service is yet to be determined. Very fun with kids . Lifetime free sim is plus added advantage.
