I was skeptical about these radios at first. I saw them online and honestly did not believe they would perform the way they claimed. There were not many instructions included, but surprisingly they were extremely easy to set up and use. I charged them up, and they charged remarkably fast. The battery life has also been very impressive. The most impressive part is the communication range. I was highly skeptical about the distance capability, but as long as you have cell service, these radios work amazingly well. I have personally tested them up to 60 miles apart so far with no issues at all and very clear communication the entire time. Honestly, these radios took me and my friend right back to childhood. We were laughing, smiling, and having an absolute blast using them. There is just something awesome about grabbing a radio and hearing someone come across the other side. It brought a huge smile to my face. Now my boys carry them in their cars so I can reach them without having to constantly call their phones, and that has been a really cool benefit I did not originally think about. Customer service was also outstanding. They responded almost immediately on WhatsApp when I had product questions. Overall, I am extremely impressed with these radios and will definitely be purchasing more for the nonprofit kids camp I run. I highly recommend them — you will not be disappointed.

Purchased a 2 pack of radios back in Jan. 2026 to try out. We Been testing radios everywhere we go to see if it really works for our needs. So far I have tested within SF, SF to LA, SF to Utah with no issues. We plan on testing on a cruise ship and in Asia. I like that once you purchase there is actually no monthly or yearly fees. Price for a pair of radios is very resonable. Customer service has been great. They responded quick, they are helpful and informative. If you looking for walkie talkies with long range and long battery usage I would definitely recommend giving these a try.

Ordered a four-pack and they work great. Very easy to activate, easy to use and the sound quality is good. A few days ago I took them on a trip to London and was able to communicate with my son back in the US. When I arrived in London I powered on the device and it took maybe 90 seconds to register on the network and it was good to go. I could communicate back and forth as much as I wanted with my family back in the US for free. If you are traveling abroad (I had trips planned to the England, Montenegro, Greece, Turkey and Malta) and all I had to do was send them an email with the IMEI numbers listed on the screen when you power them on and they will make sure the SIM works. Now my family will be able to communicate while traveling abroad. Based on my experience these are truly free- service for life- no annual fees - no usages fees, but you do need to email them once a year and ask them to renew the eSIM. As long as you do this in advance there is no cost as far as I know. So, my recommendation is to write down all your IMEI numbers and set a reminder to email them in 11 months asking them to renew it. One quick email once a year and you are good to go. I only have two criticisms which are small but worth mentioning: - 1) Even on the lowerst volume these things are sooooo loud. Like way too loud. I was a little nervous using them in my hotel room late at night because I thought I would disturb my neighbors. I might wrap electrical tape around the speaker. Yes you can buy a headset but that’s not how I want to use them. I want to be able to leave it powered on in my hotel room without a headset in my hear and hear if a family member is trying to reach me. 2) I travel with high speed charges including USBC to USBC tables. These device are USBC, but based on my testing will NOT charge using a fast charge USBC to USBC cable. This means I need to travel with an older USB-A to USBC cable (like the one included ) just for this device. That’s annoying but not a huge deal. Greats product. I would definitely recommend buying them as long as you are okay with the two limitations.

Unlike other radios that have a short range - these can communicate anywhere there is a 4g connection. They came paired right in the box and I was able to talk with their customer service and add different talk groups so we are now able to select different channels with different family’s. Durable and great speaker. Easy to use and lightweight.

At first, I wasn't convinced about these 4G devices; however, I ordered three units to test out, as my family travels across different states and countries quite often. The order arrived in just two days—seriously! All three units came with the SIM cards already inserted and were fully functional, ready to work together as a group right out of the box. In other words, the seller had pre-configured them for me. Three chargers and USB-C charging cables where included. When you turn them on, a QR code appears as part of the boot-up process; however, it disappears within half a minute, and the walkie-talkie becomes 100% operational. The battery lasts for several days in standby mode. Furthermore, it can be charged using any USB-C charger. The testing process was fully satisfactory—both in terms of sound quality and, of course, range—since these devices offer worldwide coverage, working wherever there is a 4G signal. Voice messages arrive with a delay of about half a second (keep in mind that this is a "push-to-talk" device—that is, a walkie-talkie. I mention this because I noticed that some users have complained, apparently believing that a walkie-talkie should function exactly like a full-duplex mobile phone). I’d also like to mention that I contacted customer support via WhatsApp (the contact details and an email address were included on a card inside the walkie-talkie box). I requested a highly technical instruction manual so I could manually change the device names and perform other customizations myself (I work in IT and enjoy tinkering with technology). Within three hours, I received not only the PDF manual via WhatsApp, but the seller also created an administrative account for me on their website, allowing me to manage the devices linked to my account however I pleased. The walkie-talkies are intended for use between the USA and Europe. Additionally, I asked the seller about the process for the free annual service renewal. He informed me that, before each year expires, I simply need to send him the SIM card numbers, and he will take care of the renewal for me. I’ve read comments from other customers indicating that this renewal process worked perfectly for them; I haven't found anyone who has complained about it. The only "but" I can find regarding these walkie-talkies is that they come with very simple instructions. Of course, these are sufficient for the vast majority of users who will simply be using the "press-to-talk" function; however, in my case—being an IT professional—I wanted more, and this was granted to me without objection.

These are great! I've purchased several pairs for different groups of friends. Customer support is amazing and makes it very easy to set up so that you can have several channels and connect multiple friends in one or many networks. We've all got code names. The clarity is great and they patently reliable--it has been tested both cross-country and internationally. Easy, alternative way to summon the boys without picking up the black mirror. Long charge, easy to use on the go. Basically, as fun as you imagine it to be.
