I ordered two sets, so four stools total. These seem sturdy and comfortable. They were okay to put together - I wish the screw holes had been pre drilled. How do they look? The leather has been trimmed poorly in multiple places so extra pieces are visible. One corner was cut too short and shows the material underneath. The leather on the seat of one stool must be crooked because it doesn’t sit flat. There are noticeable paint drips and places were pre-set hardware was put in too tightly and caused cracking. I don’t love the haphazard staples under the chair back, but at least those aren’t always visible. There are a few other noticeable nicks and dings here and there but I can live with those I guess. Overall, it was difficult to find the stools I wanted and these fit my criteria. I’m deciding if I can live with all the very visible imperfections or if I should continue my search.

I did feel stupid because I didn’t see the screws at first but once I realized they were tucked inside the seat cushion LOL I was all set. I assembled the stools by myself pretty easily. It did take me a minute to get the legs properly adjusted but it was a perfect fit once I got it in there. They are gorgeous stools and look great

These stools were a nightmare to put together. First off, you had to refer to three different pages. There were pictures to help, but they contradicted the instructions. Finally figured out what to do and wound up splitting the wood on the legs. Once it was together, the wood did not line up. Sat in it and heard a crack in addition to being wobbly. One of the supports for your feet broke. After we were done, the chair looked cheap from the back. Not a very good buy for the money.

The chairs are very comfortable and they are the perfect height for my counter. They were a bit complicated to assemble. I would recommend putting the step pieces in with the legs BEFORE tightening the screws to make sure the L and the R are in the correct spots. I ordered 2 sets and the only thing I didn’t like was that a set was from Malaysia and the other set was from China. The one from China stated that the material may cause cancer - I’m sending it back - while the one that came from Malaysia said nothing of the sort. I didn’t understand why they didn’t send me both sets from Malaysia. Regardless, called the company and they told me that they couldn’t do anything about my order because they were purchased from Amazon. Now it’s just a process.

The chairs are beautiful *once they are built* I built the first chair without any problems. When I went to build the second, the holes on the corner of the seat cushion were not srilled at the appropriate angle. Meaning because the predrilled hole was off by the slightest degree, the screw would not line up with the hole that attaches to the back of the chair. I tried jimmying it whatever way I could with no success. It was just a manufacturing defect. At this point I'm not going to disassemble the first chair and go through the headache and additional delivery time of ordering a new one. The result is a beautiful chair that is missing screws and structurally compromised. Buyer beware.

Update from my previous review: This company did replace the legs that were sent broken in a timely manner. The chairs look great and are very comfortable. I am grateful that their customer service was excellent and I am very happy to have these at my kitchen bar. .... I just received by barstools and assembled them. After a lot of hard work and money I was really hoping for good results, but, UNFORTUNATELY, two out of the four barstools have cracked front legs (which is four legs). The barstools are gorgeous and very comfortable so I would like to work it out with the company to get replacements. I will be updating my review with regards to customer service and results!

We found it difficult to find these bar stools in any store front location. Went to Amazon and we found what we were looking for. This is our third set of this type of bar stool. Quality of the faux leather seems to be better than in the past. Assembly did take longer on the first stool than it did on the second. This was possibly due to some of the holes for the leg supports not being thoroughly reamed out. All in all, we are very satisfied with the look and feel of this product.
