Very easy to set up, and I bolted it down to the deck. Looks great and has performed great so far. Doesn't feel that sturdy on top so hopefully we don't ever get a bad storm.

I put up a gazebo on our concrete patio every year for the Summer. They usually last about two-three years. The last couple have had issues with sagging on the sides and water gathering which is annoying. They are also less than fully waterproof. Finally, the annual setup and tear down is a pain requiring a ladder. This unit which has been up a couple of weeks now is a huge improvement. It assembles on the ground almost entirely making it way easier. The top is a tight fit and curved so water rolls right off. I attach it to the concrete Patio by drilling holes and using anchors. I added the sandbags for additional anchoring. We just had a storm and high winds for a few days with no issues. Highly recommend! ... show more

Like some other reviewers, I recommend two people for assembling (and maybe a third for just one step), but the parts were all there and instructions were relatively easy to follow if you make sure you’re holding the right parts (labeled with little stickers). We didn’t get it secured to the deck before a wind storm snuck up (our fault) so one of the posts got bent, but I contacted the seller and they helped me get a replacement. It took a little while because it was being shipped from overseas (during this time of supply chain snafus), but honestly it was less time than I thought and the responsivieness was better than expected. The gazebo is now securely fastened down (be sure to do this!) and is quite sturdy. We’re happy we bought it. ... show more

Let me start by saying that I do not do reviews often. But this item needs to be reviewed. I received the gazebo as promised and on time. It was packaged just well enough, as no parts were damaged or missing. I think a stronger cardboard box is needed, if you want to disassemble and store when not in use. Having had other gazebos, made in China, the assembly is usually the worst part. The assembly was as clear as the Chinese usually can provide and the item was assembled, but not without issues. As expected, the quality of the welds on the nuts are sub par. One nut pulled though, and I had to get a bolt, washers and nut to fix the issue.The next issue was that one weld nut, inside the leg broke and is spinning inside the leg with the bolt halfway in. I do not know how I will ever get the leg apart. Another issue is that the screen rail assembly. The instructions show what the assembly should look like, but the parts provided are not made in sets with left and right ends, causing some fustration and confusion, as I was looking for parts that did not exist. So I assembled the parts provided and they seem to work. Time will tell. I put the gazebo on my 12x12 deck and it was a tight fit because of the railing. The curved legs seem to add to the outside dimentions but they are nice, as they make the gazebo feel larger. The real dimentions of outer base of the legs is about 10'x11' 6", which is close to as advertised. The only other issue is that the gazebo is shorter than others that I have owned. It is advertised as about 6 feet,at the openings, and it is. I am 6' 3" and I have to remember this every time I use it. I have not had any strong winds or storms as of yet, but I always roll up and velcro the main top in these conditions. I will update if I have any wind /storm issues. Overall, the gazebo color matched our house color and is beautiful, spacious and it will be well used for as long as it lasts. But remember "it is what it is" and be ready for unforseen issues. ... show more

I am a 29 year old woman and put this up all by myself with my 4 month old in my arm for half of the set up. Our old gazebo blew over before we got it secured to the ground and broke in several different spots. I love the arched legs and the style of the legs is much more appealing than the blocky style of other gazebos. The instructions were very easy to understand. We love how roomy the arched legs make the inside feel. We have it on our back porch and have the legs screwed to the wood. The mesh for the bug screen seems to be very well made also thicker than our last gazebo. We do get some pretty strong winds on our property here in New England but it has held up really well. I would buy this gazebo again and again. And I highly recommend it even just for the ease of setting up. It took three of us to set up our old gazebo. Best part is no ladder needed for this one! This huge box delivered intact over 6 months ago. It replaced a canopy we used as a garage that was ruined in 3 months due to wind gusts of 65 miles per hour. This was well worth it to us the 3 hours we took to assemble it minus the curtains. Its amazing and looks elegant. No signs of rust and withstood strong wind of 60 and more miles per hour!
