Great product, just make sure you follow instructions on putting it outside to get it to fluff up like real grass…. Makes a world of difference. We used this in a habitat for our sugar glider and it definitely has a real feel to it. Velcro it in and you can take it out and hose it off for a quick clean. ... show more

I got this for decor for my daughters' play house, and while it is super cute and adds a fun touch to it, there is no way to connect them unless I put holes through them and zip tie them together or something. It is essentially 4, 12 inch by 12 inch squares of artificial turf. They look and feel nice enough, but are pretty impractical (especially if you use it for pets as advertised). I suppose they would work better if nailed or glued down, but overall I think there are better options available. ... show more

I had previous used the straw-look nesting pads for my chickens, but they would get so dusty and dirty and disintegrate that I ended up having to throw them away. I saw some people used turf squares for their chickens and said they could hose them off or shake them out when they got dirty, so I decided to give it a try. It's been great! i cannot remember the last brand i bought. These CLAIMED they were 1.38" THICK...so i purchased these. BUT the hairs/grass are NOT compacted closely the way a PLUSH grass or CARPET would be... NOT impressed one bit and although i really don't have ANOTHER 4 days to waait for these to "fluff up" in the sun (per THEIR request), i will try. It's hard to leave in the sun because of the wind and my dogs which will surely SMELL these and get curious and jump up to take them and most likely chew on them. The others i had i wanted more of them...put of course iiif you think/BELIEVE the advertisers that their brand is THICKER...then of course you will want to try them as nothing is too good for YOUR hens, right? But these are a bust i don't like that they came in a tube-format instead of lying flat in a box. I don't like that they aren't "READY to use" right out of the box and...I don't like the VERY THIN feel. Will they thicken up, fluff up as they claim...i doubt it!! ... show more
