It looks like it was previously open, it works and the back up camera on my 2014 tacoma worked too, you need the passwords to get into the setting wicb i am still figuring out, the trim is a bit loose and there is no way to attach the brackets to have better support. Other than that its a great unit.......UPDATE.. after a couple months of use the unit stopped working tried restarting it, followed the manufacturers intruction but nothing, i still had time to return so now i have to wait 30 days for a refund!!!!! Talked to amazon help line and offered no help for a faster refund, now i have hole on my truck no radio and no money, i will wait and see what happens as i really liked the unit... for now 1 star lets see if i get my money back ... show more

    • Just over a year old screen doesn't work flickers and no touch function anymore.

Had this radio for one year. Doesnt connect to the wireless android auto unless it wants to. Screen glitches from time to time .Cant change or move anything on main screen. your just stuck with what they give you. Up dating the unit is a nightmare and you run the risk of bricking your radio. Ive tried everyway to update this radio , doesnt work. Antenna for radio stations is horrible. for the price you would expect better. Just dont do it unless you like being fustrated. cant recommend buying. Just all around problems. ... show more
