This seller is awesome! The box was damaged in shipping and the bar slipped out the box but the seller replied to my message very quickly and is sending a replacement. This issue was not the seller's fault so I don't blame them at all. This is a sweet running saw. It started on the 7th pull (gotta love the soft start) for the 1st start. After that 1 pull with choke and 1/2 a pull no choke for a cold start and not even a full pull for a warm start and its up and running. Very torquey and "barky". I'm running a slightly heavy 25:1 mix of 89 octane pump gas and Pro select brand synthetic oil. I haven't had to adjust the carb yet but once the break in is done (about 10 tanks) I'll switch to a 40:1 mix and will surely have to adjust then. I installed a 20 inch TriLink bar from one of my other saws for some testing and I first went at a blow over shag bark hickory that had been down for at least a month (tuff stuff) and with the chain supplied, the saw had no problem, no bogging, no burping, nothing. It chewed through that 16 inch hickory like a hungry hound just begging and barking for more! It's lite weight and the easy start make this saw a pleasure to use compared to my Husky 272xp. I can see that this is going to become my "go to" saw. Update, the seller sent a replacement bar from china and I received it within 14 days as promised. The air filter cover knob kept wanting to come loose but that was easily fixed by popping it from the cover and putting an "O" ring around it then replacing it in the cover. I also replaced the clutch with a sprocket type so I have the option of running a 3/8 inch chain and bar which are more available in my area. If you try to remove the clutch, beware that is mounted with red locktite! heat the center of the clutch gently (about 400 degrees F) with a propane torch and it will come right off. Locktite is NOT required for re-install of the clutch. Over all I'm still very happy with this saw and the sellers customer service. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

This is a budget clone saw. My personal experience was the following: -Initially was extremely hard to start. Almost gave up a couple of times. Finally got it going after about 30 - 40 minutes of hauling and poking and trying different things. -After initial difficulties have not had any issue getting saw started, usually starts by 3rd pull. -Trigger lock is very flimsy and often doesnt really work. -Chain tension screw doesn't work very well, is already partially stripped. Real pain to get the chain at the right tension. -Fit and finish is pretty cheap and flimsy, nothing really speaks to durability but it has lasted pretty well so far. -Oil tank cap is fiddly and will leak if it's not tightened just right. -Gulps gas. Also note that this is a 25:1 ratio fuel mix so I have to mix gas just for this tool (all my other stuff runs 50:1). I got this saw on a whim to mess around with on my small woodlot (5+ acres). It's worked out much better than I expected. As mentioned, it was ridiculously hard to get started the first time but have had no issues since. It's cheaply made but it's held up so far. It's got decent power and is not very heavy. For what I paid for it and the low expectations I had, this has been a pleasant surprise.

This item very hard to operate! Some time it’s starting some time it’s don’t! I bought mixed gas and oil special for this motor! It’s not reliable at all! You can not return it because they don’t want to refund! If I knew they would not take it back I wouldn’t take chances!

It Requires mixed gas from Home Depot it does not work well if you mix the gas but work very well with the correct gas very easy to use

The 'chain brake' broke the second time it was used. found out you cannot return gas operated units. contacted company and arranged for new part to be sent to me. time went by and no part so i contacted them again and they told me to 'glue it back together'. i told them that was not an option. so again they said they would send out the part. what time this machine operated it did good but good isnt enough if it doesnt last any longer than 2 small cuts. i am disappointed Amazon has not stepped in to do something about this.

Good power and no problems starting. I gave it a good 5 minutes idle speed to break in engine and no problem with it so far. Haven't had it long but had no problems with starting and cuts as well as other chainsaws costing much more.

works well only thing when received no throttle pulled cover and air filter and saw was not connected, was gonna send back . but needed to soon so fixed it wasn't hard other then that great
