Because the mic is located on the back and the unit is located close to the windshield, most times, it is necessary that I repeat my command and raise my voice in order to get the required results. I don’t like like blue tooth when I receive a phone call goes directly to the gps and even with full volume it’s hard to hear the caller Gps overall is good for navigating
