The 7-inch screen is easy to read at a glance while driving, which is exactly what you need on the road. No major complaints to speak of.     • Road maps outdated even with latest updates and not very user friendly.
Used for about a week in the Houston, Austin, San Antonio and out to Laredo Texas areas. Device plans routes that make no sense, example planned for me to pass the normal exit I would take, to drive 5 more additional miles to come in at a different direction. Normal route is known good road for tractor trailers, no weight or size limits. Road map after latest updates still severely outdated for above cities. Where google maps will populate address options by just typing the street address, Garmin want the city and state typed in first or no luck. If google maps sorted out height and weight restricted roads for big rigs it would put Garmin solely off shore and out of the road map business. If power disconnects it will shut off the screen and make you push the button on the back of the untin to turn on. Totally worthless to me and I have returned for refund. ... show more
