30m hose came with connectors on both ends plus one to attach to faucet. We have some older Craftsman rubber hoses which are extremely durable plus a green one which I think is a Flexon brand but both are very heavy and unyielding. The craftsman rubber ones would even work on a farm I believe as they are so durable. Gardena products are aimed more at a residential situation. My wife who is a keen gardener loves flowers and vegetables and finds our existing hoses to be too hard to maneuver easily. As I've had many Gardena products over the years including hoes and rakes etc I looked at their offerings and thought the 30m hose would work better than our present ones. When the hose arrived I thought I'd been sent the wrong one as it seemed so light. On closer examination it is the correct hose and is very light yet very flexible. It seems to be of excellent quality as expected. Did I mention it is very flexible? It is installed on a new Liberty hose reel and is really easy to wind back on. We do have two of the 165 foot Gardena retractable reels on another part of the house which are also excellent but we just needed this to go on a regular hose reel. Not seen a problem with kinks but it is mostly used straight out from the house with no sharp bends. I see people are saying fittings are not included. Mine came with fittings on both ends. Maybe the 100 ft hose does not include them but the 30m one does? For those of you not familiar with the Gardena connections they are very easy to use and mine have never leaked. I do love their hoses and connectors, but... this didn't come with any connectors. So I had to separately spend the ~$40 to get them, nearly doubling the cost of the hose. That's pretty crazy, even if it's a good product. Some transparency would be nice. I really feel like they're shooting themselves in the foot by overly complicating things. At least have some clear message "does not come with connectors." ... show more

    • Hose bursted on first time use is disappointing!

To go thru all the work getting and setting up this highly expensive hose and having it break on first time use is disappointing. Plus being told no replacement is available.
