Best I've ever used on my mobile home. No streaks like everything else I used in the passed. And that's with me even mixing it very heavy. I mixed half of the container in my 3 gallon sprayer and topped it off with water , wet an area down first , sprayed it on heavy , let it set for a couple of minutes and pressure washed it off.
