Description

We have a excellent technical R&D team with the ability to develop and sell products. 1.Follow the direction of arrow in the brass injector to connect it to pump and hose. The direction of arrow is the flow direction of chemical. 2.Must work with black soap nozzle which attached to pressure washer gun or wand. 3.To get the flow established you will need to make sure the soap is thin, like water. 4.At the end of washing work, put the chemical injector out of the chemical tank and then put it in the tank with clear water. Please keep spraying for a while to run out the remaining chemical in Injector and tubing. 1.Adjustment Closed: Open metering valve by turning the knob on the chemical injector. 2.Plugged Orifice in Body : Remove the chemical injector and clean or soak in warm water. 3.Plugged Filter : Replace or soak in warm water to clean. 4.Cracked or Damaged Tube : Replace the clear soap tube. 5.No chemical flow: You may need to lift the chemical container to the same level or a little above the pressure washer to let gravity help you establish the siphon. Once it's started you should be able to put the chemical container back on the ground. If you keep losing the siphon, letting the container sit on a box to lift it a bit should help.

I have a 4400 psi pressure washer. I purchased this chemical siphon because it was rated for 4,000 PSI. It came where the siphon hose about 20 feet long. In order to get any chemicals to siphon I have to turn my pressure washer pressure all the way down as low as it will go to get it to pull any chemical solution. Does not work near as well as my previous one. I have to raise my chemical container up above the chemical pickup just to get it started. Not very satisfied with this performance. I'm giving an update as to the performance of this chemical siphon pickup. It doesn't work at all. On the 4th time I used it it stopped working all together. Can't even get it to pull water if you hold the jug up 5 ft above the device. A total waste of money. If I could give it zero Stars I would ... show more

Don’t know what I was thinking buying this injector before reading all the negative reviews. Plus, it looks exactly like several others with mostly positive reviews. It’s my guess that all of them are made in the same factory in China and sold by different companies. This is very common, even here in the states. So, what’s the difference? Well, the give away is in the instructions where it says to elevate the bucket of chemicals if the injector doesn’t suck. Nonsense. The problem and difference between identical units is in the length of the siphon hose. Sixteen feet is way too long and why would you need that anyway? Simply shorten the tube to around 4-5 feet, (the length of my original), and place your bucket of chemicals next to your compressor. Problem solved. I wasn't able to use this until I also bought a quick disconnect kit. The injector works great! Gives me peace of mind knowing that I'm not running harsh chemicals back through the pressure washers' pump. One thing though is the sensitivity on the adjustment knob... If you don't adjust the flow properly, you can blast through an entire gallon of cleaner really quick LOL! Yes, that's how well it works. I do recommend to also run fresh water through it using the pressure washer, to keep the internal o-rings from deteriorating too quickly, once you are done using it. ... show more

    • Nice unit but female coupler was bad
The injector kit works well with my older Ryobi gas pressure washer. I gave this three stars because the female quick connect coupler I the siphon unit was machined improperly and would not accept the male fitting on my pressure hose (the coupler was just a bit too small in diameter). Luckily I had an extension hose that I robbed the female coupler from and made the siphon work. If someone did not have a spare coupler to replace the ill fitting part, the system would not work for them. Perhaps I just received a bad unit. ... show more
