The one I got looked brand new. Works perfectly so far. Everything seems to work-wifi, all controllers, game cards, dock with tv. Cant imagine what happened to make it need to be refurbished but whatever its good console replacement for less money than new for the one my 2 year old dropped and broke.     • Factory refurbished better than buying used.
First 2 were used from Amazon, and neither worked. First one would not even power on, second had nearly zero battery life. Got refund after second, and ordered this factory refurbished. I have played it a good deal for a year with zero issues.

NO COMPREN ACA, ESTAFA! La nintendo me vino con la pantalla rayada, con problemas en los dos joycons (uno no cargaba y al otro no le andaba el r1). Vino de otro color (en la publicacion decia que era blanca), no viene con los straps de los joycons. Tampoco viene en caja original, viene todo suelto en una cajita. ademas, si llegas a tener algun problema (que es muy probable) el vendedor no te contesta ... show more
