I actually took before and after pictures 📸 but chickened out when I read all of the permissions I had to give to do so. I must say that I am very pleased with this tool. Packaged very well and everything arrived with no damage. The instructions were clear enough for the simple assembly needed. Included was 2 extra nozzles, some extra rubber seals and a small roll of Teflon tape. The good: I was amazed at how much cleaner my 25 year old concrete walkway looked after a quick pass with this cleaner head. My walkway was very dirty and discolored. In some areas with less sun exposure leaning towards black. I did not have to pause the cleaner or go uncomfortably slow in those areas to get the job done. I was very careful around the edges and near anything slightly uneven so I would not snap off a nozzle or damage a bearing. The wheels worked and rolled smoothly. I would not get a 3 wheeled cleaner at all. The brush skirt around the unit kept splashing to almost nothing. No leaking at all from any of the quick connect points. The only thing of concern was that the two extension pieces that join the cleaner head to your power washer trigger seemed very flimsy at the joints. I was mindful of this and mostly limited my movement on the cleaner in a forward and back motion. When going side to side there was considerable flex. It felt like it was going to break at any time. It did not break or leak at all but it concerned me for the entire time. The cleaner did a fantastic job on the concrete walkway. When I tried to clean the edges with my pressure washer alone it did not come as clean as the areas that got washed with this device. I got brave and dragged the whole production over to a well established oil 🛢 stain in my driveway. This was a bridge too far and not much difference was noticed. TL;DR: just buy it. I enjoy pressure/power washing, and the results, but don't like the back ache, back-spray, and hours and hours required when using just the wand that comes with the machine. TikTok for you page showed me this kind of attachment, and so I looked into it, and purchased this model (15") appropriate for my moderate-power engine. I wish I had purchased something like this years ago. There's no spray back or back ache, and it's 5 to 10 times faster than wand alone. It does leave some faint stripes on the pavement, which probably means I went a little too fast, but they're faint and for me the purpose is "make it better", not "make it perfect", and this makes it way better for surprisingly little effort. ... show more

I purchased this item to clean my back patio. I've cleaned patios in the past by holding the wand and only cleaning in 3 inch wide strips. This product allowed me to complete the job in a 1/10 of the time. You will likely still need to do some areas with the wand (like close to buildings). The product is made of medal so it can take a beating. The wheels mean you don't have to hold it at the right height, you simply have to pull the trigger of you pressure washer and roll the cleaner along the area you want to clean. I have an electric pressure washer and only met the minimum requirement of 2,000 psi required for the attachment. Those who have machines that have higher pressure will likely see better results and take even less time. ... show more

The Biswing performed much better than expected. I thought we might get a partial clean of our concrete driveway at a slow pace, but this unit cut through the muck and I was able to move along quickly...it was almost fun...almost. I don't think I could have gotten it much cleaner with an individual wand and narrow swaths. I would say this cleaner does the job in 1/4 the time or less. It's also easy to maneuver with four casters and a swivel base for attaching your wand. The stainless steel body is heavy and it seems well-made. Cleaned my 5,000 SF concrete driveway very quickly and looks great. Over the past 8 years I had gone thru 3 previous surface cleaners that were plastic, had no wheels and $15-$20 cheaper than this one. They lasted anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 years. My pressure washer is 3,400psi, this one is rated up to 4,000psi. Highly recommended, I would buy this one again. I wouldn't waste my money on any of the previous ones. ... show more

I used this 14” surface cleaner with an old 2300 PSI 2.0 GPM 6HP gas pressure washer. Use your regular wand tip end to do the edges rough 2 inches before using the surface cleaner. My pressure met requirements but is on the lower PSI end so needed to move a bit slower. More PSI would be better. With my machine, one slow pass and then pull back over same area again. I moved over and forward to new dirty section length and overlapped area about two inches. Includes two wand sections which quick connect and onto the device. It has a central bearing so it should last a long time, worked quite well, side bristles prevent splashing but the water and dirt must flow out as you move along. Treat it very gently not to break the wand pipes, cleaner housing, or spinning mechanism. It would be better if it had a handle. It helps to put a drop of oil on each wheel, so it rolls easier and do this before storing as well. You will need the normal wand sprayer or garden hose to wash away the dirty water and crud every several feet as you progress. This surface cleaner really saves a lot of time vs just using a single wand end nozzle; especially when cleaning a concrete patio or driveway. Protect your eyes, check engine oil level, disconnect and drain all water when finished including the hose & gun, winterize your pressure washer pump to prevent corrosion and freezing.
