These have everything you need and your body absorbs all of the nutrition. Not just a supplement that is taking a trip through your body to be lost on the other end (if you get my drift). I take these even when not pregnant as they make me feel so much better all the time. They are a bit on the larger side and not the best flavor (every once in a while there is a gag reflex activated), but most truly healthy things are not always the best flavor anyway. These prenatal vitamins are worth every single penny. I have tried other brands such as “Nordic” and the two don’t compare. When I found out I was pregnant with my son, I immediately started to do research on all of the prenatal vitamins on the market! After my research, I chose this brand to try! I’m so glad I did, because these are the best out there! I have taken them on an empty stomach too and have had no issues. They have an earthy/vitamin C taste to them. Choose these vitamins since I am a vegetarian and there is not fish oil in these pills and they are made from whole food ingredients. I bought these prenatal vitamins before being pregnant. I used them to help my system adjust off birth control and to add extra nutrients before conceiving. I am now five months pregnant and still love these vitamins. They don't make me nauseous or get an bad tastes. So far all blood work has come back that I am doing good with all my needed vitamins and minerals. I strongly recommend these vitamins! ... show more

I started taking these and in 3 months I was pregnant! After trying for many years! It’s not an easy pill to swallow, but over the time I got used to it I’m still continuing on taking these, even after having my baby.

    • Best prenatal vitamin!
I tried ritual vitamins and couldn’t stomach them with my morning sickness, the ginger and lemon was terrible. These have no taste. You get more nutrients vs other prenatal vitamins. Very cost efficient & you only need to take one a day! Will definitely buy again!

my thoughts about this product: 1) one of my very dear friends who is a Chinese medicine doctor recommended this product to and I very much trust her, because she is very picky about her vitamins and she does very through research prior to any purchases, therefore I am certain that this stuff is legit; 2) however, I personally hate the after taste of these vitamins, they taste like raw fish to me, very fishy, ewwww; 3) the pills are just humongous, I am shouting out to the manufacturers here, please make smaller pills, as it is a nightmare to swallow those giant pills ... show more

I love this prenatal because it is taken only once a day and one bottle lasts you 3 months!! It also tastes good which is a huge plus and because it isn’t a gummy, it doesn’t get stuck in your teeth, which I hated for other prenatals I’ve taken in the past.
