The gardening gives me lower back pain as well as knee pain due to uneven and hard ground. With this garden kneeler, I was able to use the padding to avoid knee pain. I think it is very sturdy. It can support my weight and I did not really hear any squeaking sound or felt instability. It is relatively light weight; therefore, it is easy to fold and carry around the yard. Lastly, after using this kneeler, I was able to stay clean. Before this kneeler, I used to sit on the ground when I get too tired. Since it provides seating space, it minimizes grass stains on my clothes.

I use this with my dad when we are gardening and it definitely helps our back and knees by providing support and the handles on the sides help getting up as well. I prefer using it more as a kneeler than a seat because it’s lower to the ground, but the side handles provide enough help to get up. Also, the side pockets are helpful to keep miscellaneous tools and your phone while working in the garden. The cushion is supportive and soft and it was easy to assemble.

Nice kneeled but one of the pegs of the handles you put in yourself came broken so handle doesn't stay in on one side. But nicer than the old kneeler I had by far

I'm not a gardener but I got this based on the ad as it showed it being used for camping and working on your car. I do a lot of both of those things. I could have sworn that there was someone using it for a step stool too. Assembly took about 20 seconds. Only the two handles need to be put on. The kneeler comes with a tool pouch and extra cushion. The tool pouch in theory is a nice touch. As I only had one thing in it, every time I took out my tire inflator, the pouch came off of the kneeler. I imagine if you had a few things in it, this wouldn't happen. The extra cushion is held in place by two Velcro straps. You can use it on the top or bottom depending on how you are using the kneeler. I primarily used the kneeler as a seat. It was comfortable enough. Until now, I used an old, padded floor mat as a kneeling pad. This is much more comfortable. As I had the kneeler right there and needed a step stool, I used it for that too. Not necessarily recommending that but it was very stable and didn't flinch with my 205 lbs. standing on it. The kneeler is well made. I find it light weight but not everyone will. My only dislike is the plastic caps when you use it as a kneeler on the concrete roll which causes the kneeler to move a little bit. Not really a big deal but just something I noticed. Overall, I really like this kneeler and will be using it for a lot of things!

As I age, I find it more difficult to kneel down when working in the shop or garden - and even more difficult to get back up! This kneeling tool looks like it is just what I need to make my life a little easier. Assembly was VERY easy. It involved nothing more than slipping two u-shaped pipes into the sides of the unit (they clip in automatically) and strapping on a cushion with Velcro straps. The kneeler unfolds quickly and easily, with the sides latching into position. Pulling in two spring-loaded 'handles' lets the sides fold back down easily. When in the kneeling position, the unit is very comfortable to use. The padded portion of the kneeler is very easy on the knees; but, best of all, the sides of the kneeler make it much easier to get back up off of the floor. One up, the kneeler can be flipped over and act as a seat! This makes the tool very versatile. The included tool caddy works in either the kneeling or sitting position, and is large enough to hold most general gardening tools. The kneeler is surprisingly sturdy. I weigh 225 pounds, and it easily supports my weight in either position. Overall, the quality of this tool is pretty good and the price is in line with that level of quality. That said, I do wish that the construction of the tool was a little heavier duty than it is. The pipe wall thickness is kind of thin, which makes me concerned about the longevity of the tool. It's this reason that I give this product 4 stars rather than 5.
