I'm SO glad I purchased this pad. I have been spending the whole day in the yard and kneeling or seating directly on the grass was causing me all sorts of discomforts. This pad is very, very lightweight but at the same time very sturdy. I'm pretty heavy (187 lbs) and yet the pad supports my kneeling and sitting on it the whole day. It's so good I can't explain.
