I bought this cart for 2 reasons. First was because I wanted something low to the ground that would roll so I could use it to weed the garden without having to constantly get up and down in the rows. My second and unconventional reason for getting this is because I am painting the trim boards around my living room that are by the floor and don't want to take the trim off. Again, this will eliminate my getting up and down over and over again! I can just roll till I need more paint! I sat on it and it is very sturdy! Just remember the dimensions, it is small, but perfect for what I wanted! Less than a foot tall and that was the reason I got it! Very happy about this purchase and I definitely recommend it!     • Hold more weight than 220 pounds!
This little rolling Garden Stool is very nice. It holds more weight than its competitors. The advertisement says it will hold up to 275 pounds, while the description says it has a 220 lbs capacity... Anyway, I'm 250 lbs and when I sat on it and rolled around on my concrete slab, it didn't collapse or develop any stress cracks! I'm impressed, and for the lightweight plastic to hold up to these conditions at such a reasonable price is more than anyone can ask for! I'm considering reinforcing the inside of the box, but only if I have a problem in the future. My wife has one like it, but the wheels on hers are less sturdy. ... show more

    • This thing is so stinkin' cute!
When I saw the small box at the front door I thought "No, this can't be it." When I opened it up (on my dining room table) I laughed and laughed! It is adorable! That being said, it will suit my purposes perfectly as I have one small garden at my front door which is surrounded by concrete. I love that I can put my gloves and gardening tools under the seat. The top tray lifts out and is adjustable which fits my pruning shears and other smaller items. No more running back and forth to the shed to find a tool and put it back later. It is going to be perfect for me as a lady with small gardening jobs. Read the measurements carefully! The photo of the man with it is a bit misleading: either he's a VERY small man, a little person or they put two different photos together. I am going to love this little garden helper! Okay, I got this to replace my Step 2 rolling garden stool that my kids took and road down the hill repeatedly until they broke it. That was like 18 years ago. That thing was really sturdy. Anyway, I saw this cart and decided to give it a try. The wheels are not solid, they are hollow. Its surprisingly sturdy for me, at 160 pounds, it's not collapsing at all! Not sure how much weight those plastic wheels will take? I have knee issues and can't squat anymore, so this is great to just sit and scoot along the border edge in the grass and work with the soil! It rolled easily with me on it to the next row. It did not need assembly, it's ready to go right out of the box. Nice that it has storage if you need to keep everything in one container like the shovel and some seeds. If you're like me, though, you have a wagon to drag major stuff and a weed bucket, too. This thing scoots me well while I drag a kneeler with handles to get up from the rolling seat. You can definitely get things accomplished while using this garden seat. I would buy it again. Also, if you are a fisherman, this would be a fine dock seat or, if you are fishing off of a bank, to use in that fashion. I can see this little seat having lots of uses.     • Inexpensive and still usable after 3 years but you get what you pay for.
I purchased this in 2022. The latch no longer keeps the lid closed tightly. The lid doesn’t line up with the base and feels unsteady when I sit on it but so far it hasn’t broken. The hinge on the back is functional but I have to slide the pin in regularly to prevent it from falling out. Overall, functional, rolls easily, is lightweight and does what it is supposed to do. But product is unlikely to last with regular repeated use. ... show more

This review is being written when the item is 1 year old. At the time of purchase, I did read reviews, which were almost all good, I did not read a bad one, but now I see there are a few who experienced exactly what I experienced. Initially, I had problems with the hinge pins working their way out of the hinges and I had to constantly push them back in (the pins would loosen from sitting on the seat, I never used the compartment so there's no reason to open it). Also, as other bad reviews have mentioned, if you don't sit perfectly in the right spot, the seat does not line up and breaks the clip. After this happens a couple times, the plastic has now stretched and no longer fits right. So as you try to scoot along while sitting, you make this top lid of the plastic seat move out of place and it stresses it even more. Then it is breaking under you as you lean to pull out a weed slightly to your right or left, which is the reason you bought a wheeled seat in the first place. (While I will not mention my weight, I will say I am well below the advertised weight limit.) This all happened in the first month of using it. I put up with it last year, but this year I will no longer use it. I was looking for other options keeping in mind this is really part design flaw and part material flaw. Yes, I believe they could accomplish this design if they used a more reinforced plastic material. Since I can not count on that, I am now looking into more durable options. Bottom line, if you don't plan to really use it for sitting, then go for it. But I do not recommend using it s a rolling seat for gardening. ... show more

This is very small, but it is big enough to sit comfortably on. Its really low to the ground which is great, its the best height to sit and plant in pots. I wish it had a longer handle to wheel it around. Good storage space and come put together already which I loved
