I got this for my husband who has been having issues whenever he needs to kneel down to do various things around the house. He loves it! He appreciates the overall size, height, and fact it doesn't slide around like other options we've tried. It's not as soft as some others, but it is better than the hardwood floor or concrete and he thinks he is liking the fact that it maintains a bit of height making it easier to stand up again.

Quality and thick pad. Nice and big and can easily knee with both knees and have plenty of room. The pad is very stiff and doesn’t have much give so I question the comfort of kneeling for things like yoga. I bought for yoga because I’ve had a knee replacement but found it too stiff to help cushion.

I love this so much I bought 2 !! Super Firm Closed Cell foam, that still gives and gives you support. Super supportive, and is easy on my 60 year old knees. Perfect size, and easy to have anywhere. I do like the smaller size than most, and I’m sure this is great for many people, but I have two others that are softer/ much more comfortable, and work better for my knees. I’m keeping it to rest things on that I don’t want to set on the concrete floor during projects.
