I have used this kneeler in the garden quite a bit and have found it to be very helpful. In addition to protecting my knees it has been a wonderful assist in getting up and down. It also works well as a stool. The pouches conveniently hold your basic tools. I wish I had gotten this kneeler / stool years ago. I find it to be very sturdy; it handles my 220 pounds without a problem. It folds nicely and I was able to hang it out of the way in my shed using a common screw in a stud.

Excellent, quality product... slightly 'challenging' (but not bad) to fold because of locking mechanism but I'm not sure how it could be designed differently because locking mechanism is essential for safety. This garden stool, garden kneeler (with handles to help get back to standing position) is a blessing for Seniors and younger gardeners alike... if you're into gardening and/or other projects, it's lightweight, convenient and comfortable to use and a good investment... your back, knees and body will thank you and, hopefully, hurt less and last longer! The stool/kneeler is reasonably stable depending on the surface where used (eg concrete vs soft/wet ground)... Use appropriate caution not to lean too far back or push backwards for concern of tipping/falling backwards and/or tipping/falling when returning to your standing position. This stool/kneeler is working well for us/Seniors and I would repurchase.

I love this versatile gardening seat! As a kneeler the side bars are stable for assisting to stand and kneel. As a bench it is the perfect height. It’s easy to set up with spring action locking joints. A simple and efficient mechanism which works well. It’s made from metal tubing so I will definitely plan to keep it dry and out of weather to prevent rust.

If you are a gardener, or do yardwork on even a semi-regular basis; and you are no longer physically young, YOU NEED THIS. I have only used it for one weeding session and it is a complete game changer! I thought you had to manually raise and lower the seat to either sitting or kneeling, but duh! All you have to do it flip it upside down! This little baby is comfortable to use, and super stable. I have a really hard time getting myself back to standing and this supports all of my weight and holds up to the pressure I'm putting on it to raise myself up to standing again. It folds up nicely for easy storage too. When I say you need this, I mean, like, NOW.
