I contacted seller, and did not get a response. I used the come along to pull a small tractor out of the mud, after winch was put under pressure gears did not up properly and slowly stripped to make unuseable. I contact seller and did not get a response. Save you money this is junk

I like the LCyindu 800lb trailer winch. I got the model with the steel cable over the strap because it will be less apt to break or fray. It is a quality build and the gears/crank function smoothly. I am from an area of the country where rust is a significant problem so winches rot out all the time, including the cables. This one appears like it should last for a number of years before that even becomes a concern. I would say it is a good value for the money and perfect for a personal watercraft or small boat trailer.

My husband uses this winch to pull logs onto his trailer. Very well made. It has a nice long cable to reach out past the trailer and to the logs. Works smoothly. Great price for a quality piece.
