I DISLIKED THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE THEY HAD IT DELIVERED BY USPS AND THEY PLACED THIS ITEM DIRECTLY BEHIND MY CAR INSTEAD OF BRINING IT UP TO THE DOOR. JUST LAZINESS. I bought this as a gift for a friend who, due to misc medical conditions, dragging her old heavy green rubber hose—the only kind we had in the 1950s & 1960s—around her large yard filled with potted plants. This one is so light weight she’s considering getting even more plants than the 100 or so she already has. She loves gardening & this has made that passion so much more enjoyable. Before this she dragged that that heavy hose around her yards as far as it reached & then had to use a large watering can for the rest. When I saw this I knew she had to have it. It was a thank you gift for the many ways she helped me when I needed that help.

My original post indicated a failed hose after six weeks of use and posted a 1 star for product failure. UPDATE 24 July 2023: The seller shipped a replacement hose at no cost to me. The seller was most courteous and prompt in getting a replacement sent. I will evaluate the new hose and post an update as I use the new product. I changed my star rating from 1 to 4 because of the great customer service of this seller! I will update the stars after a a period of evaluation of the product.

I'm an aquarium lover and my hose hooks nicely to my kitchen sink where I'm able to control the water temperature and it reaches all my tanks. The hose shrinks back down easily for storage, and is durable so that my cat cannot claw through the material!

Just used the hose for the first time today and seems to be working like a charm. The plastic sprayer heads are cheap and just used the pointy sprayer head and it already broke. I wish there was a way to contact the seller to send just that pointy sprayer head only, to replace it. The hose is awesome and lightweight and no leaks at all.

The media could not be loaded. Well i haven’t had this product long and already the spout came off. I was trying to change it out and it broke. I cannot get it fixed. I really liked the hose better than the rubber ones.
