I had been looking everywhere for a high-quality outdoor set with a reasonable price tag and I ended up purchasing the 5 Piece Outdoor Conversation Set, and let me just say, I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The quality of this set is exceptional. The frames are made of sturdy steel that feels incredibly solid and durable while still being smooth to the touch. I have to say, one of the standout features of this set is how comfortable it is! The cushions are thick and plush, making it very enjoyable to sit and relax outdoors. The fabric seems to be very high quality and feels soft against the skin. I also appreciate that the loveseat cushions strap to the base to ensure nothing flies away in the wind - this was important to me since I live on a high floor with a windy balcony. Cushion covers are also removable and machine washable, which makes maintenance a breeze. Assembly was a lot easier than I expected too! The set came in 2 large boxes and was delivered in less than a week. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and all the necessary tools and hardware were included and clearly labeled. I was able to assemble the entire set within a couple of hours with no issues. FYI - I am a 25yr old female and I do not consider myself "handy" at all so this was a huge plus to me!! The design of the set is also worth mentioning. It has a sleek and modern look that complements my outdoor space perfectly. The neutral color scheme allows it to blend well with any decor style. I've received several compliments from friends and family on how beautiful and inviting my balcony looks! It truly looks like a set you would find at West Elm, CB2, Crate and Barrel etc (but for a fraction of the price!) Lastly, I want to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by Grand Patio. I had a few questions before making my purchase, and their representatives were helpful and responded to me the very next day. 10/10 response rate. Overall, I highly recommend the set. I needed something small for my space but still sophisticated. This set checked all the boxes! It is beautiful. Very good quality and extremely comfortable. Absolutely perfect for my small lanai. My husband assembled it fairly quickly and only needed an assist for a brief moment. The cushions are thick and comfortable. I honestly couldn’t believe it for the price I paid. To sum up, great value, very easy to build, and very sophisticated looking while being comfortable too!

It's smaller than I thought, but it fits great for my intended space. The size does seem best suited for balconies, small decks, or courtyards. It's stylish and the color is great. It is beigey grey, leaning more beige. The product pictures appear more grey to me. But it is neutral and can work well with different decor and color schemes. The seat cushions are a good firmness, and the back cushions are lighter weight and fluffier, overall comfortable for sitting. There were some minor issues, though - some stains on a couple of pillows (one pictured) and a deepish scratch down a leg. The box and packaging indicated to me that it was brand new, so it's a quality control issue imo. Since the covers are removable, I will try to wash out the stains. The cushions are comfortable, and the assembly was pretty straightforward. My teen daughter helped. Overall, I am pleased with this set. (Note- the full table set not in picture. I used one of my smaller tables in front of the arm chairs

This set is so beautiful and exactly how it’s pictured. It truly feels high end. We did have an issue with the zipper on one of the cushions but the seller made it right almost immediately. I can’t say enough good things about this furniture set along with their customer service. Highly recommend!

Writing this review is disappointing, but I feel obligated to warn potential buyers. We purchased this outdoor furniture set in August 2024. While assembly wasn’t the easiest, we were initially happy with it once it was put together. It felt reasonably sturdy, and the cushions were moderately comfortable. Unfortunately, the major downside is that the manufacturer does not sell replacement cushions. During the winter, we covered the furniture carefully and had no issues—until spring, when a fox and later raccoons managed to get under the covers and completely soiled the cushions. We contacted the company to explain the situation and asked to purchase replacement cushions. They informed us that they don’t sell them separately. I then requested cushion dimensions so we could look for alternatives, but they told us they couldn’t provide accurate measurements. After extensive searching, we realized that no standard cushions fit this set. Now we’re left with no choice but to discard the entire set—even though the frame is still in good condition—because the cushions are unusable and irreplaceable. Unless you plan to use this furniture for a single summer or store it indoors when not in use, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. This set is not designed with long-term practicality in mind.
