Easily assembled and seems sturdy enough. It is cheaply made so you don't want to get too crazy with it; the poles are very light weight and could dent easily and a piece of the bottom shelving paper came partially perforated down the middle with a small slit so I didn't use it. One of the poles also came a little more squared at one end instead of round to it took a little patience to get it to fit into the hole on the connector piece. Don't waste your money or time. This is fairly basic to assemble EXCEPT the poles pop out of the frame pieces/holes unless you really pound them into place with the wood hammer provided. In doing so, the hammer scuffs the black plastic. Then, you will have to adjust the poles to even out/straighten shelves and get rid of the wobble. But the poles are so tight that it's almost impossible to loosen them without breaking the plastic the pole is inserted into. An incredibly clumsy and cheap product that took away over an hour of my time trying to assemble before finally giving up, disassembling and returning (to China!!). Also, for some the pictorial instructions may be challenging. ... show more

If this wasn’t needed for immediate use, it’d be a return. Not only is it mostly plastic (instead of what looked like metal), it took too long to put it together. Definitely a puzzle like another reviewer said. That said, it is sturdy even though it ended up being wobbly. Just can’t find which piece isn’t pressed down enough (and probably never will!) ... show more

Not great. Very flimsy, isn't very secure when I put my workboots on it. Not sure yet how long it'll last. It works fine for tennis shoes and dress shoes, and is very easy to assemble.
