About 8/10 comfort, it's still a 10/10 overall because it offers everything i wanted. It looks really good, very sturdy and the foot rest plus massage!? This chair is great, has a lot of features and attachments. The "neck pillow" is not lined up to your neck so it gets uncomfortable on the upper back. I've had this chair 2 years now. I love it bc it's comfy and it WAS sturdy. Recently one of the wheels has come off and the plastic holding for it split too. I've tried to repair but there was nothing I can do. I've asked if there's any way to get a replacement or even purchase just one wheel but customer service tells me know. I won't be buying another chair just for one broken wheel 🙃 so I'll just have to be very very careful when moving around in the chair I guess. ... show more

I bought this chair for my son back in January 2026 so he could play his games. His bedroom is literally next to mine, yet I haven’t physically seen him since the delivery truck pulled away. I’m starting to forget what he looks like. He did shout through the door once to say the chair is “amazing,” especially the back massager and footrest. Today I attempted to make contact again, but when I opened the door he was fully reclined in said chair, wearing a headset, and informed me he was on a “recon mission” with his Canadian squad and could not—under any circumstances—be interrupted.
