Update 10.9.25 - The other arm snapped off barely leaning on it. I reached out to customer service and they are sending a brand new chair. I appreciate the customer service but I would still watch out for those arm rests! Update 9.28.25 - customer service is great and reached out and replaced my arm rest. I thought that was very nice of them! The chair is comfy and I do love it! Previous review: Be careful using the arm rests to help sit down. Love the chair. I haven’t had it very long. Chair is comfortable and nice to be able to lean amd set the lean angle. Slide out footrest isnt the best, doesn't come out that far. Massaging function isn't very powerful which I didnt have high hopes for it to begin with and I never use it. The headrest pillow doesnt have an anchor point so it would slide off every so often so I stopped using that. It is sturdy and comfortable which is really all I was looking for and an ok price for it. ... show more
