The chair looks nice, but one of the holes on side of chair back was crooked so the screw would not go in well. Ended up using about half a bottle of super glue to hopefully secure it in. Also has one leg that you have to attach. Don't understand the reasoning behind that, but it should be reconsidered in future chair production. It kept popping off as I had to to turn chair over to stuggle with crooked screw hole. I didnt want to disassemble what Inhad already got together to send it back. Just need the chair to last a year or so. My next chair will be a Titan for sure. ... show more

Not bad......wide enough for grown 240 lbs man. Wish foot stool was longer,but if you sit up high enough it should support legs no problem. Lays back nicely and swivels lft or right very smoothly.

I ordered this chair because it boasted that it could hold 400lbs and I am 300lbs, so the chair should be fine. Well first off, i raise the chair everytime I sit down because while seated the chair goes from fully raised to all the way down as low as it can go. B.S.! Second, the arm rests are weak plastic and will break if you use them while standing up from sitting (if your a big guy like me). I would think these two factors should not exist with a chair claiming 400lbs rated. The pillow and USB powered vibrator in the 2nd lower pillow are jokes, if you can't tell from the pictures. Last but not least, after about a hour I have to get up for a while because the chair is hard and uncomfortable! Very very uncomfortable. You buy cheap you get cheap, I knew this but gambled because of my budget at the time. Now I wish I would have spent the extra hundred or so for a good big and tall chair. ... show more
