This chair has SUPPORT this chair goes back 150 degrees! this chair has a FOOT REST and the arm rests go back when you do!!!! AND!!!! The lumbar support pillow has a massager!! The USB plugin stopped working after 2 months so I emailed the company and they sent me a new part right away, free of charge! My only gripe is because i bought the white and pink one it gets dirty easily, but I just wipe it down, and I now keep a throw blanket on the seat. I have literally fallen asleep in this chair many times, I recommend this chair to all my friends! Shipping the chair itself came faster than expected, and assembly was easy and game with the tools needed. It took about two hours to put together. I am extremely happy with my chair and am filled with joy every time I look at it! UPDATE: I just want to add, get the protection. my chair is now starting to breakdown and I sat in it daily for a year. the piston is weaker so now my chair keeps lowering over time, resting my arm on the rest daily there are now wrinkle-like tears on the rests, and I lean to the right, so now my chair does as well! I plan to buy a new chair when I have the funds (probably this same chair) but when I do i will be purchasing the protection plan. ... show more

I had a chair from these guys. The leg rests bent due to my wieght of my legs. The lumbar pillow is a joke. It's a thin pillow that connects by USB. Its not much help if you have a surgical procedure on your back. The seat it's self is hard as a rock. This chair is not sturdy at all. The pillow cracked within 3 months of having it. They gave me my money back without me knowing. Then I tried with the bbb. I got denied. Then they had the odasity to send me a note back stating that I tried to get a Warranty Then they had rudely hahaha in an email by amazon. They are not professional at all. These are the rudest people I've ever known in a business. Don't trust them. The chairs are not worth the money. ... show more

The chair isn’t the worst but the pillow it comes with isn’t comfortable at all. I took it off and don’t use it. I also wish there was a strap to attach the massager to the chair and maybe a cover to hide the wires on it. I wanted to attach the pillow in the pink gaps where the head area is but it was wayyyy to loose and there isn’t a way to tighten it.     • Update: Chair contains carcinogen DMF(a). Decent quality chair that I may be allergic to.
Update: this chair is made of polyurethane leather that contains DMF(a). My response to this chemical resembles allergies of the upper respiratory system and skin. Research shows that DMF(a) causes liver damage and cancer. The quality of the chair parts and materials are decent. Here is my feedback to the seller: What material is the sitting area of the chair made of? Does the material release an odor? Is the material treated with a chemical that releases an odor? The chair I have releases an odor. Whatever the material or the odor is, I believe I am allergic to it because when I sit in the chair I cough, sneeze, have watery eyes and slight chest tightness. ... show more

    • Great chair for thick persons
If you have been trying chairs and they are too small, I'd say give this one a try. Honestly, it has been one of the best chairs I have found. My wife and I are both a bit thick and she liked mine so much that we got one for her too. If you are tiny you will have plenty of space to sprawl out and look like a little ruler in an awesome, colorful throne. To be realistic, the only downside was that I found the seat a little firm at first, but it broke in well after just a few days. The backrest and pillows included are very soft to begin with. Easy to assemble, seat is very hard along with back rest. I am 6ft 4 inches and the leg rests are too short even with the lumbar pillow removed. Recommend a seat pad . Well built but too hard.
