I got this chair as a gift for my birthday. It was pretty easy to assemble BUT I did have to ask my husband to help me putting on the back as it proved a little difficult for me to do. I love the little slide out leg rest (I do wish the tubing on that was a little more thick as pressure from legs can be a bit much, I feel, for these bars). The adjustable lever is right next to the up/down lever, so there have been times I end up lowering my chair when I was trying to adjust my back. I have little arms so I have to reach pretty far to get to the levers. The lumbar pillow doesn't really attach to the seat but I do like that it has the "massage" feature (massage feature is just some vibration but it has levels). The head pillow is a little too high up for me but since it has a strap with a clip I should be able to move it around to make it a little more comfortable. Overall this chair is amazing and comfortable it has a big seat and I am able to adjust myself and rest when needed (sometimes I just need to sit in this chair to be able to rest/stretch my back).

The media could not be loaded. I am a gamer, I've always had much interest in the computer gaming chair. When I found this chair on YT video by chance, I was huge attracted by it's shape looking and lots adjust-ability. I just received this chair today and assembled it, easy to build it up just follow the step by step instruction, that's only took me about 30 minutes. The chair turn out to be the exactly same with the picture, i think well worth the money! Pros: + Material premium and comfortable. The leather is luxurious and the chair seem pretty sturdy. + Multiple function of gaming chair: adjustable up and down height, can swivel around, retractable footrest. + Comes with a removable neck pillow and a massage back lumbar pillow. + Seat can recline to max 155 degrees. I have fallen asleep directly on this chair many times. + Well-padded soft armrest and Sturdy base with wheels. Cons: - Would like to see the footrest be able to extend out farther. - Armrests are decent as they are, but about to adjust the height and angle.

Like many people suddenly sent to work remotely at the beginning of shut downs, I was using what was around the house. When my position because permanently remote I chose to upgrade my work station. This chair was the best of all the purchases. First it's in pink my FAVORITE color. Second, I am a heavy woman. This chair was fairly easy to assemble. All tools were included and it took me about 40 minutes from start to finish, but I was also distracted. I've used it daily and love it. I'm 5'3", so when the chair is at full height my feet don't touch the floor. The high back is great, and the neck support adjusts so you can fit it anywhere along the back. The chair is so comfortable frankly I haven't had to use the massage attachment, but I love that it came with one. 2 months later the seat is still cushy, the arms are not shaky and it isn't dirty despite some of the complaints of others who made this purchase. I won't ever buy a "regular" office chair again, this is my go-to standard now. I also love that it was a reasonable price. I was prepared to pay a lot more and this was a super sound investment for the return I am getting.

The chair is very comfortable! The seat itself is wide and longer than others, so for shorter people you can sit cross legged in it easily. There is also a foot rest and the chair leans back really far. The massage part isn’t the most comfortable however. There isn’t an attachment to keep it in place and the shape of it isn’t very comfortable. I just don’t use it. Other than that I love the chair.

I purchased this chair for my daughter and she loves it. That said, we did get the white chair with pink accent. We are very happy with the colors. Packaging: The box was slightly damaged and seemed like the chair was returned and sealed again poorly, but once we opened it, the chair was well packaged and no issues. Assembly: I think the chair was really easy to assemble. The directions are clear and I followed everything step-by-step and completed assembly in less than 30 minutes. The wheels popped in place very easily. When I was done, the chair had a tilt to the right, so I loosened the screws securing the back of the chair to the seat and was able to straighten the back rest and tighten again without issue. Comfort: My daughter likes it a lot. She loves the leg rest. I have not sat in it long enough to judge it, but will say that I am 6'1" and can easily fit I this chair -- very wide seat. What is really cool is reclining the chair and using the leg rest. My daughter said she can sleep on this chair (she is 5'2"). Quality: The materials feels like it will hold-up well over time, but we will need to see if that is true or not. The base of the chair is a dull black plastic piece. I was initially surprised about the appearance, but did notice it was very sturdy. Now that the chair is assembled, I think it suits the chair well and the rest of the chair is what catches your eye. I am happy with the quality of every aspect of the chair. If the chair was for an adult, I might question how sturdy the leg rest is, but not an issue for us. Overall: There are cheaper chairs, but I think this chair has a great price range and you can see the difference between this chair and the cheaper desk chairs. I would recommend it to anyone looking at desk chairs.
