Very comfortable. The only complaint is that the seat leans forward a little. It doesn’t bother me, but others who have sat on it have commented on it. I’d definitely say it’s worth the cost, though. I work remotely and have a bad back, and this chair is still comfortable after an eight hour day.

Comfortable chair, good price easy to assemble

The price was amazing I got it around Black Friday so it was very reasonable. Because of my chronic illness I was unable to open it until today. These are the giant issues I have with this product. The instructions are hard to follow they are not clear, not properly labeled and often times confusing. My other issue is that it came out of the box with a cosmetic tear on it I’ve included the picture. Aside from that the chair serves it purpose and it’s comfortable.

Super comfortable chair with a sturdy build quality. I bought this for my wife, and almost took it for myself. (I Upgraded later) Its a chair, that knows how to chair. What can I say. Only negatives I have found in the months since purchase, it squeaks every now and then when reclining. And the "foot rest" is way too short to be useable to anyone who isn't a small child. My wife is 5'4" and she can't use it unless she is 180 degree reclined.

Came ripped on one of the front seat corners. The lumbar pillow and head pillow are painfully hard and were removed within minutes of use. Not ideal for people taller than 5' 8" with the "foot rest" extended. The color is cute though and works well with my back rest I used in my car.
