Love this chair. Had my old one for way too long and needed a replacement. The set up was fun and informative and the chair felt sturdy as hell when fitting pieces and sections together. Im also a larger guy thats tall as well and i can sit quite comfortably in it for hours either playing video games or chatting with friends or working. The padding is comfortable and the chair itself us strong and sturdy even when i lean back. The pillows weren't really necessary but they were perfectly firm, giving just the right amount of support each needs to give. Would always recommend this brand and type of chair for anyone.

This chair is great quality. Easy to set up and has functions to adjust seat level and back position. I use it for gaming and work and i notice that my back and neck are not sore and achy after long hours of work like my past chairs I had. 100% worth the money and great value!

Very comfortable great gaming chair for the price it reclines back a good ways it’s fairly sturdy it’s a great size it rolls very well the hardware bolts up pretty good I he only thing I’ve seen that I feel could be a little better the rubber o rings that stop the pull out foot rest it works as it should but if your a little rough on stuff like me it could knock the rubber o ring stops off besides that very happy with my purchase

I recently purchased this chair to use in my new home office. It was pretty easy to assemble however the instructions are quite confusing. Perhaps just my user manual but it seems like every screw in the pages was misprinted with the same size so you had to use a little bit of brain power to determine what screws go where. That being said, once it was assembled it's incredibly comfortable, the pillows are great, I didn't put the footrest on because I'll mostly be using it at my desk, but I sit in it for about 10 hours a day and I've had no pain.

I purchased for my husband for Father's day he loved it the quality of the material is great its aestheticly pleasing for his gaming area, the back and head cushion gives support and comfortable overall it is well made and sturdy we have no complaints I've used it when my husband isn't using it. Purchased as a gift for my teenage son. The chair comes in a large box. The instructions are horrible! There are mistakes and no instructions details on how to attach the leg rest… we just improvised. I have attached pictures of the instructions & chair pictures.

I’ve had this for two weeks and the wheels actually broke, two of them in small pieces with a 120lb person only sitting on it, the recliner portion fell apart and now it just lays back at a 90 angle. Waist of money. Customer service will not respond to any emails sent, no number to call or text.
