This is really a nice comfortable chair. We had trouble getting the screws to tighten on the arms. I would suggest pre-screwing the bolts in once before you put the arms on. That's how we got it to work. Customer service was great and responded right away.

However when I reclined the chair all the way the T bar supporting it ended up with a dent down the middle and thus the chair will no longer stay straight for sitting down comfortablely. After getting a replacement for the Fuqido Gaming Chair, I had a better experience, though a few issues remain. The assembly process was smoother the second time, but I still encountered some scratched parts. Thankfully, everything fit together properly, and once assembled, the chair feels comfortable and functional. The leather is a bit thin, but it holds up well for now. While I’ve decided to keep the chair, I believe there’s room for improvement, particularly in quality control.
