When I got this product it came in a lot of pieces. It was a gift for my husband and he immediately looked me in my face and asked me if I love to torture him as he assembles everything, even his own gifts lol. It actually want hard to assemble at all and it is sturdy and is used everyday.

It’s a good chair for being a chair. My husband uses it in his office and he says it could be better with being comfortable he says his back hurts sometimes if he sits in it for a while. He put it together for the most part but it took 2 of us with some of it because a few screws came stripped from the box so we had to replace those before we could finish. The chair came dirty with scuff marks and the packaging of the screws and the plastic wrapped around the polls were all undone and opened so it was obviously a return that wasn’t double checked before being resold which whatever we at least were able to buy the correct screws from the store and clean the chair to make it look new again. Gosh, I really wanted to give this chair 5 stars cuz it's soooooooo comfortable for me. I sit in my chair at least 12 hours a day for my job and I needed a comfy chair. This one ... WOW! As soon as I sat in it, everything felt great, especially my tailbone area which ached in my old chair. So easy to put together and very solidly made . My only issue is with the wheels which don't seem to swivel and spin well. They seem to be grinding or stuck. I've oiled them and still doesn't work right. Not sure what the solution is. Fortunately, I have it on tile flooring which helps ANY chair glide. That's my only real issue thus far. I wish I could swap my old wheels onto this chair because on my old chair they were awesome, just not a comfortable support. If I had to choose between wheels working and comfy seating, obviously comfy seating wins out. Would've been nice if it was a win on both ends. ... show more

It's just been 2 months since I purchased this chair and now the arms are coming out and I have to tape it to leave it in place. I hope that the manufacturer can send me the replacement arms.
