Arrived in compact packaging; obviously for the price you have to put it together, at most 30 mins to put it together by yourself. Recommend installing the screw on both sides of chair back and tightening both in increments until tight to be even on both sides. When I assembled mine, the left arm is slightly higher than the right. Unsure if this is due to how I tightened them or if manufacturing defects. Really comfy! Has built in lumbar support. The headrest just stretches around the top of chair. Don’t tighten anything extremely tight as most of the pieces are plastic and can crack with use. ... show more

Update - 1 month in: Still liking it. There is only 1 aspect of it that continues to bother me. The arms in my opinion do not curve down enough on the ends. This means that depending upon your desk height, chair height, and positioning of the chair, they can dig into the underside of your forearms some. The lack of thick padding on them does not help. This has actually forced me to set the chair slightly lower than I would like (due to my desk height), because the arms are uncomfortable otherwise. You cant rate half stars but I would drop the chair by half a star due to this. 3 1/2 star rating for me after a month of use. For the price, its still a solid buy though. ____________________________ Original review: I took a gamble on this chair seeing as it had no reviews and was not from Amazon or a known seller to me. I took the gamble because for the price the chair seemed like an excellent buy. I had been in the market for a new chair for a while but had yet to find one that fit what I needed and was not way overpriced. So far my gamble appears to have paid off. Full disclosure... I have only had it for a few days as of writing this, but I will change the review if my opinion changes with more time. So far the chair is fairly comfortable. Its not the cushiest of chairs, and its arm rests could likely do with more padding. But for the price its just fine. It also has great lumbar support. One thing that I don't like is that the back of the chair seems to sit pretty far back in its full upright position, meaning you are always leaning back some, and if you cant use the head/neck pillow due to your height (like me) that could be an issue. I am 6'4+ and finding a chair that fits my height has always been a challenge. This is one of the taller chairs and yet it still is just a tad short. My head sits just above the top of the chair, and on the picture where the pillow sits, is where my shoulders are... not my neck. So it does not quite work. I also love the look of the chair, and while normally i would of preferred solid black, the white is tastefully done. The material seems sturdy and the chair as a whole seems well built. Contrary to many experiences with similar chairs, all the screw holes aligned just fine with no issues. I also LOVE the fact that the arms fold up. This not only allows it to go under a desk easier, but if you don't want to use the arm rests you don't have to. All in all for the price I am very pleased. There are a few minor issues, which is why I dropped it a star, and yet for the price point I doubt you can find better. This opinion may change some as the chair gets more use and as I see how it holds up over time, but for now it seems great. Only other thing of note is that while the chair arrived in good shape, the box it was shipped in was fairly heavily dented and damaged. Realistically they should use a heavier cardboard for packaging. ... show more
