Comfy and as described. Only thing i dislike is how easily the arm rests “rotate” every time i try and readjust, the rests will rotate on me. Good quality paint on legs. And the base was thicker tubing than expected. I see no future issues with this. Great purchase.

This chair is stylish and comfortable. Seems pretty sturdy, but we haven't had it long. One thing to mention - be sure to have a set of REAL allen wrenches. The ones that come with the parts are too flimsy to use. Other than that, it's a good chair.

I love this chair. I'm doing legal transcriptions which requires me to sit for endless hours in front of the computer listening to recordings and transcribing them andd that takes hours of each day. My previous chair was a torture without support in the right places, especially lumbar support. This chair has all the support you need be it lumbar, neck or supporting your bottom. It is thickly padded all throughout and it provides me with the comfort I need for my grueling sessions. It took me about 45 minutes to assemble it but it was well worth it.

At first this chair seemed awesome and on sale so a bonus. Husband had it on his wishlist for Christmas (he is a streamer). Said it would arrive before Christmas (Dec.16-Dec 18th). Doesn't show up so I figured eh it's busy time no biggy...the 18th hits and the tracking became non existent. So I gave it another week...nothing moved, nothing changed. Then says it'll still be here before Christmas. Wait a few more days and email them...they give some bs about the carrier (FedEx) only taking so many orders and covid etc etc...mind you the amount of packages we received from Amazon delivered from FedEx early or on time was amazing...I contacted FedEx and they said they usually pick up more deliveries during the holidays and it's likely it was the on the companies end. It finally says it'll arrive Christmas Eve...awesome I can deal with that...does it show...nope. I emailed them my frustrations and they just gave excuses and only offered a $10 refund for $150 chair. We did not receive the chair until January 2nd...we put it together right away. The directions were not easy to read, they don't label any of the parts, one piece was already attached that we thought was missing. Got the chair done and it would not recline...yes we pulled the lever and even loosened the screws and looked it up etc etc... there was a non existent hole for a screw and don't even bother with the "massager"....it barely vibrates and you have to be plugged in so be careful pulling your chair out and taking everything with you. The chair itself was stiff feeling, not much cushion to it. So emailed them letting them know and multiple times they ignored half of what was said and was told to send pics and video of said problem even after saying 3x that we don't like it and it won't work and we want to return it.The chair has the looks and that's about it. Thank goodness we did it through Amazon to be able to return it...and yes you have to disassemble the whole thing to send it back. Most definitely not worth it and sadly some of the most annoying customer service I've dealt with. Ugh.

I should have done more research on this product before I ordered it. I sat in it for about 2 hours before I got sick of it. The seat is only 22" wide. I am 5'10" and 300lbs. I have pretty thick thighs and a big gut. The part of the seat that ramps upwards towards the arms make it very uncomfortable with my thighs. I can't spread my legs at all. The arms are not adjustable and my gut gets in the way of my arms when I rest them. So enough about the problems that my size creates since that's not necessarily the manufacturer's fault but there are some other issues. Rocking back requires too much effort. The cushion in the seat is not very thick at all and my butt started to hurt after 30 minutes. Again, no adjustable arms, not height or width. I will definitely be returning this for a wider designed chair.

Chair quality is good. Assembly was quite a lot of steps but everything went smoothly. This chair is not for anyone 6 foot tall or taller. I bought 2 and my oldest son still likes it but it isn't as comfortable for him at 6'2" . My middle son loves it but it fits him perfectly, at least till he grows.
