Super excited about this chair. For one, it was really easy and fast to put together (at least faster than I expected) Also, the material it is made with seems to be really nice. A lot of people are saying things about the massage feature. Mine totally works! It isn't a very intense or other worldly massage. But its exactly what I need when I'm sitting in a chair for hours on end. It is somewhat on the loud side, and the cord to plug it in is shorter than I would like. These things I'm not worried about but I thought some people would like to know. Also the plug for the massage feature is a USB and not an actual wall plug. The chair moves around seamlessly and the head rest pillow is a nice touch! Defiantly recommend this chair, whether you are on a budget or not!

Very good chair for the price. I viewed many reviews and several of them stated that the chair doesn’t rock back as stated in description. It’s a very simple thing to make it rock. The lever which lowers or raises the seat height is how you lock in position or unlock to make it rock. That metal handle can be pulled out very easily which removes the metal bar from its locked position. When pushed back in it just pushes the metal rod into a hole and locks back into non rocking mode. Just make sure when locking or unlocking it that you are seated upright position with none of your weight pushing back so the metal bar can be pulled out or pushed back into the hole. Rocks fairly easily. I’m sure over time it will be a bit easier as the spring gets worn in. The head pad is a nice feature since it can be adjusted up or down to fit behind your neck. The massage feature is nice but as stated in other reviews it is a bit noisy. (It doesn’t bother me.) The fold up arms were a must for me so it can be pushed under my desk easily. I am 5’10” - 165lbs and it’s perfect for me. Taller people may want a taller back then this one since the head pad needs to be near the very top of the back in order to fit behind my neck. If a taller person sits in this one the head pad may not be able to be placed high enough to support the neck area. The reason is due to it being held on with the elastic strap around the top of the chairs headrest and it slips up and off a lot since the headrest is tapered thinner at the top. I may think of a way to attach it to keep from sliding up and off but I don’t want to use double face tape. It can just be placed behind your neck once seated and works fine. You will just need to leave it on the seat until you sit in it to use it. Not a big deal. (See pictures.) Overall I really like this chair.

It was very easy to put together and it's very confortable. The color is perfect (my daughter loves it). The armrest lift up for easy store in the dest space and the massage feels very good. The chair feel amazing and for the price it a great value. I really recommend it for gamers and for the office.

I loved this chair when I first got it, it’s super comfortable and saved my back working at a desk all day. Unfortunately after at most 6 months the chair’s wheels began falling apart. First it was just one wheel that would pop out occasionally, then after more time all the wheels but two were constantly falling apart, the plastic where the shaft fits in the wheel would crack and warp until the hole was too big to hold it in place anymore. Having to pop the wheels back into place every fifteen minutes has been incredibly frustrating and makes the chair basically unusable.

I bought this chair a few months ago. Looked pretty enough, had decent reviews. Putting it together was a bit of an annoyance. Screw holes didn't want to line up, I had to have my friend hold the pieces so I could even put it together. Finally got it put together. The massage part is crap, barely feel it at all. I'm a gamer and I work from home, so after a few weeks of solid sitting in it, the cushion got all messed up and stretched weird. It's not as comfortable as it looks at all. And today while sitting in it and propping my arms on the arm rests, one of the bolts came apart and I fell out of the chair on my side. Now I weight maybe 160 lbs soaking wet. Will definitely be replacing (since return window is closed) with something much better and contacting this seller about their shoddy manufactured chair.
