Brother dont spend your money on uncomfortable gaming chair.....if you need a comfortable quality chair that has a nice look to it look no further..... The chair came packaged well box undamaged all of the pieces wrapped in protective covering. Hardware in a blister pack with 1 extra of all hardware pieces all screws had blue dried loctite ivused a drop of real lock tite. All of the screws threaded correctly. Leave the arms loose untill you have the back on. None of the blind nuts felt like they were going to strip out so i tightend the screws thoroughly. The Instructions were simple but adequate. The support and curvature of the back were better than I expected at this price point. I bought 3 inch wheels due to my carpet, but the chair apoears to have standard office chair wheels. 👍 ... show more

Got the chair earlier than originally estimated. Easy to assemble, comfortable to sit in and has really good lower back support. The feature that sold me was the arm rests. I can fold them up and use the same chair to play my guitar. So pleased.

    • Very comfortable, large seat. Like the chrome. Casters don't swivel well when you move the chair.

I really like this chair. I'm hoping the casters loosen up. When I slide the chair out from under my desk, the casters do not swivel. This makes the wheels drag across the floor. The casters pop into place, and don't want to come out. I wish I had put some axle grease on them before assembly. Other than that, it's an awesome chair. ... show more

It is easy to put together and is firm/comfortable. If you want a lot of lean in your chair, this is not the one. But it works well and is simple.

The photo in this listing no longer matches and has been changed. See attached photo for pic of the chair to which this review pertains. I got this chair because I now work from home and though a gaming chair might be more comfortable since they send so much time in them. Overall I’m happy with it. It only took my husband about 30 minutes to get it put together. He had no issues, missing parts or misaligned holes. It’s firm but comfortable and has several areas that adjust for comfort-chair height, seat tilt. armrest height, etc. At first I thought the seat was a bit narrow since the sides are a bit higher than the seat, but I’ve gotten used to it and it’s comfortable now. I like the lumbar pillow. The neck pillow is a bit useless since you’d have to arch your back unnaturally to even reach it. It might look a bit stupid, but the neck pillow should be about the same size as the lumbar pillow and it might be big enough to reach your neck. I’m glad I bought it though. ... show more
