I purchased this chair for my girlfriend as an alternative to the much more expensive SecretLabs chair or other gaming chairs. Assembly and setup was really easy, they give you all your screws and needed tools in a nice and sleek Ventuvibe branded plastic kit. The chair offers amazing back support and the materials feel stable and sturdy, while remaining at a much more affordable price than other gaming chairs out there! We've tested out the recline of the chair and it can hold one's entire weight (185lb for myself) leaning back all the way, and throughout the entire process there isn't a single creek or noise from the chair itself. Do not believe the comfort statements unless you like very firm chairs. Quality is not bad. Is better to look at than sit in. One plastic panel arrived broken. Lumbar support is a small pillow supplied with the chair otherwise seat and back are basically flat. Would not recommend and would definitely not buy again! ... show more

A little firm upon initial use but the cushion eases in after a day of use and is perfectly comfy and cups you in the same way a car seat might. Way better then the usual gaming chairs u get at Walmart. I appreciate the lever that raises and lowers the backrest located directly to your right much like in a vehicle, way easier to reach. The backrest is a little firm but I dont mind. The only complaint I have is the chair sits a little low even at its highest setting. My arms rub the edge of the desk as a result. If your desk is taller than most and has no height adjustment then you may want to get a taller chair. ... show more

Adjustment lever on the armrest broke immediately. It only rocks forward and will not rock backwards. The instructions were incorrect and had us attached the base backwards. This was a terrible purchase and quality for the money. So very disappointed.
