Supper nice for the money. I would like better casters for moving around. I don’t use the message function. So that was not an issue for me. The chair has good adjustability and is a little on the firmer side but it is very comfortable in the firmness. Love the colors it’s a good gaming chair for hours of gaming in one sitting.

The wheels are not good. I replaced them with Lifelong Casters (highly recommend those!). The footrest is awful. If you're 5 feet tall, maybe it will work for you. Definitely not for a tall person! The lumbar support may make the seat too short for your comfort. I only use it when I want the massage feature. Overall, the chair is very comfortable without the lumbar support and footrest. It was fairly easy to assemble and looks very nice (I got the purple and black). I got one for my sister as well. She's a few inches shorter than I am and did not like the headrest. So, depending on your height, you may love certain features. Giving this a 4 star because of the footrest and the fact that the lumbar feature will make the seat feel like you're not completely seated in the chair. Bottom line, comfortable but some features hinder comfort rather than add to it.

Great back support footrest comes in handy to stretch lol, Assembly didn’t take much time at all I was able to put it together with no help if you’re getting into gaming,streaming or simple WFH I recommend you buy this chair.

I am a student attending school online and I bought this chair because the chair I purchased a year ago for ne to sit in had stopped adjusting right, the chair would no longer lock in a position and since I was going tombe sitting in it at least 5 days a week 8 hours a day that I needed something that would be comfortable and provide me with support in my lower lumbar region and so far it has provided me with not only comfort but the needed support that I was looking for . The message error works well ans and is a plus for anyone who sits in a chair for long periods of time, ir also has a retractable foot rest which provides you with a comfortable resisting position when you lean back to put your feet up and rest or play computer games or watch TV. It was relatively easy go put together and my friend was able to assemble it in about 30 minutes. If you are looking for a chair that provides comfort and support as well asprovidea younmassages in your lower lumbar region as well as a retractable foot rest that you can lean back and rest most comfortably and don't mind paying the price of $179.000 plus tax then this is the chair footrest you. It is in my opinion a little goo pricy for me but then again I paid it in the long run where as I went a less expensive route with my first chair and ended up purchasing a gel cushion for providing support for my support from the longhours I sit in a day so I guess in the long run if you want support for your back after sitting long hours a day then this chair is perfect for you and the purple one goes great with my room decor.
