Updated: customer service was quick to respond to the email i sent and sent the missing part which I received within a week. I was able to put the chair together and so far it seems ok/comfy. A little difficult getting the arms and back on, which I needed a second person to assist to hold in place so I could screw in the pieces to hold it together. All in all it seems ok so far. I’ve updated to 4 stars for customer supports quick response in getting me the missing piece so quickly. I’ll update again after I’ve had time to use the chair and see how long it lasts and how comfortable it really is. Chair would be great if all the pieces are there but missing the mechanism part. Not easy to reach the support waiter a the number listed to call in the instructions manual goes straight to voicemail and mailbox is full. I have emailed as well and hoping I get a quick response. Kind of hard to work at my desk without the chair. I will update the review if/when I hear from customer support.

Chair was pretty simple to assemble and seems very sturdy. Padding is minimal so I’d recommend using a cushion for extra padding. Overall it’s a great value and quality for the price point.

The chair was everthing the manufacturer stated. I especially like the way the chair fits the lower back, giving it great support. The one thing I thought the didn't have was the ability to recline. I just found out that it does recline. Great value for the money.

Bought this chair specifically because my last several chairs weren't very comfortable. Noticed after only using it for a month or so, the seat began "caving in" or losing support in the seat itself. I weigh only 175lbs, so there isn't much of a reason that should happen so soon, especially since I have sat it in the normal way the whole time. Would love to be sent a replacement for the seat cushion, then I can update my review.
