    • Directions are not the greatest.
The directions were so off. The supplies are not labeled accordingly and pictures don’t make sense, you pretty much have to figure it out yourself. Chair is comfortable. As for the appearance the stitching could be improved.

    • Comfortable and easy to assemble
Took me all of twenty minutes to assemble the chair using the included instructions. Chair is comfortable and doesn't squeak when adjusting or spinning. The leg rest and reclining features are nice for when I want to kick back and watch a movie at my desk.

    • Just not comfortable
I bought this chair because I was due to buy a new one, I game for several hours a day so I wanted something decent. Well after reading what feels like a thousand reviews I went with this one. Well the chair looks magnificent once its assembled but its not really comfortable at all, the lumber support and the headrest have a tendency to slide down due the the elastic cord/clip that hold them in place. Is just gives to much and allows the support pillows to slide, now on to the foot rest, while the actual foot rest is made of steel but the insert supports that are screwed to the chair are made out of plastic which makes them feel totally flimsy when you put your legs on them. and if you sit long enough your butt and legs start getting stuck to the chair and I am not comfortable with that. I am not totally happy with this buy but I will end up keeping it because returning it seems like a hassle, Amazon was great with doing a bulk item return meaning I didn't have to dis assemble but setting up the return seems like a lot of work. I would not recommend for long periods of gaming. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this chair, it’s so comfortable and it’s a great support for my back. The padding is very comfortable as well it’s nice and cushioned but not too firm or soft, size was as described and the reclining is so smooth. Great buy!
