Very easy to install, took 15-20min tops. Although, I took one star away because the back of mine seems to not have been sewn correctly, you can see the staples along the back on both sides. Will post pic soon. Other than that it’s great. Very comfortable , hope it holds up well.

Update: the plate under the chair that’s supposedly been “stress tested” and can “handle 330lbs”broke after 3 months of use by my teenage son. I called to ask Amazon to contact seller for replacement plate. The company has excellent customer service and accommodated my need for the replacement by sending it to me asap after I showed them the pictures. Original: Great chair, everything was in the box and instructions were simple with pictures. Just wish the chair was a little bigger. I’m 5’3 and my head goes slightly above the head rest so I imagine this would be annoying for taller people. It’s super comfortable and has a decently sized seat so my legs didn’t touch the sides but not as wide as some chairs I’ve had. ... show more

It's a stiff chair, not a squishy one, but it's very cute and seems fairly sturdy even for someone right around 250lbs. I didn't have any serious issues assembling it though the arms were a little tricky, but the little white caps that cover the screws pop off everywhere all the time so I've just given up on them. I thought it was interesting that the bunny ears aren't actually built in or built for the chair, they're just a replaceable easter rabbit headband stretched around the top of the seat back and velcroed down. ... show more

The chair is true to color so if you're looking for something baby pink then this is your chair. It's not your average gaming chair in size, I'm 5'2 and this chair sitting down came up to the back of my head which I didn't mind but if your taller it'll feel like a kids chair. As for the assembly I followed the directions but when it came to installing the back piece it was nearly impossible. The chair seemed factory made so some hole to insert the screws are off. The material is also pretty soft so pressing on it gave it wrinkles which I'm pretty disappointed with. In terms of comfortability, I'd give it 6/10 it's not painful to sit in but the cushions seems pretty soft so sitting for prolonged periods of time will wear it down. My wife and I ust bought our first house and we had been using dining chairs as office chairs for a while. After hunting we came across these. I got the black/red model and my wife got the lavender/white bunny model. At first the lavender one was out of stock but Joyfly responded to my questions very quickly, and luckily had more in stock not even 48hrs later! (They responded to me directly when the model in question became available) They both arrived sooner than expected, and were super easy to assemble. They're comfortable and unique to both of our esthetics. The instructions are simple, both chairs combined took less than 30-40 mins to put together. Just be aware that our hardware pack did not have labeled bolts. And the instructions label them in the build diagram. However It's easy to tell which ones go where on the chair (4 small ones on seat, and the longer ones go in the armrests.) All in all. Great customer service, quick response to questions, quick and easy assembly, and a good quality chair for a good price. ... show more
