The chair is ok, I loved that it's actually suede instead of faux leather, because faux leather won't last over 2 years without them peeling, usually 1 year. The cushion on the butt or the whole chair is HARD! Like it's hard foam, I feel like I seat on a wooden chair without cushion but slightly softer than that, it's like really hard, those little pillows are soft though, I wished it was that soft then it'd be comfortable, but the whole chair is ok but definitely not comfortable. The recline function is ok, not bad, the leg rest is ok, don't see I would use it much but it's ok. one more thing, the tight area is just want to square, it's like a block, sharp corner, so it makes sitting very uncomfortable, usually it would be rounded. overall it's ok chair, but has way so many things can be improved. Will see how long this would last.

I love the design of the chair and the fabric materials, I was looking for a decent chair with out expend a fortune for it and this chair is a good one, I did receive a chair with broken knob for the lumbar support and I did contact the customer support for solutions and they sent me a replacement for the chair I'm really pleased how fast they resolve the issue

First off, I would like to state that this chair looks great once assembled. I did have a bit of trouble with assembly, but thankfully everything fit together eventually. I was getting worried there for a minute. My biggest issue is it's not really comfortable. Not for me anyway. Not like I was expecting at that price point. I still think it's worth four stars because to somebody else it might be the most comfortable chair ever. It does seem to be somewhat sturdy. I'm not even sure what is not comfortable about it to be honest. It's just something I can't put my finger on. I think that it would benefit from more padding..

The media could not be loaded. Previous to this, I had some cheap vinyl chair that lasted me like 3 years, the weld around the bottom of the mount snapped and it was time for a replacement. So I went with this. I must say the chair looks good when it’s fully built. Purchased it back in February and now it’s June. The footrest snapped right off and just a few minutes ago the right armrest mount inside the chair actually just snapped right into two pieces. Now keep in mind this was not from heavy use. This isn’t a daily chair, it sits in my bedroom right next to my desk, it’s not like I jump into the chair everyday and slammed my arms down into the armrests or beat the living crap out the footrest, no, just minor use for 3-6 hours maybe like every other day. It’s just another cheaply built chinese chair. Buy it if you want something that looks cool but most likely won’t last. Don’t buy it if looks don’t matter to you and reliability does.

This chair is low quality, especially for the price point. Parts do not fit together well. I was completely unable to attach one of the armrests, due to the screw receptacle being completely misaligned. The bottom cushion is small, and poorly fitted. It leans forward in an uncomfortable way. I think a person who is 5'4 and 150lbs could be comfortable on this chair, but I am not. I'm 5'11 and 240 pounds, and it feels like it is constantly squeezing me. For these reasons I would absolutely NOT recommend this purchase.
