UPDATED REVIEW The Chair is nice and comfortable, it was easy to assembly compared to other chairs, however this char arrived with two mission holes to connect the arm rest to the back, i wrote a review explaining my issue and costumer service connected me fairly quickly , trying to resolve the issue, they asked for pictures and even offered a full refund to witch i decline due to the fact that i had fixed the chair and was planing on keeping it, they however still did a partial refund due to the fact that i put work into the chair that was not part of my job, while i wasn't completely satisfied at first, the company went above and beyond to make sure i was happy and there fore i can say that they are a good company and will defenetly order again ... show more

I bought this chair about 6 months ago for my work from home job. It’s cute and comfy but seems to be wearing down quicker than I had hoped. The lumbar support is crooked now so I lean to the side when I work and sometimes the lever gives out and I almost fall backwards! A little tough to put together as the holes don’t align without some force. It is cute, the color is pretty, the ears are detachable which doubles as a last minute Halloween costume and would probably work great for kids or teens, gaming, etc - but would not recommend for long daily usage by a grown adult ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This seat is a lot smaller than expected and cheaply made. I’ve had a decent amount of gaming chairs at this point in my life and this is the first one I’ve ever made a review about. Didn’t come with instructions and none of the holes lined up and took brute strength to try to get everything to fit. The seat itself is mid and does that thing where it kind of leans forward when you’re sitting normal and upright. I can tell this chair maybe has a shelf-life of 6 months max because the arms start to pop off and the chair starts to lean forward so far it breaks. The wheels are TERRIBLE. They barely roll around and when I do it scratches the floor (you can hear the wheel dragging in the video and that’s without having someone sit on it, it gets worse when someone is in it). It’s good for a teen or someone just looking to start getting gaming chairs but It’s not something I plan on buying again. Added stars for the accurate color and the cute bunny ears/tail lol. ... show more

I had seen the reviews about the chairs having some rips and my experience was no different. There were a few marks and rips, but nothing that was too discouraging. I got it for my friend who barely weights 100lbs The set can be a bit difficult to put together, but it's been a few months and we've had no issues with it so far. getting a new pc setup, the chair is really good quality compared to other chairs i've seen on here. they have really cute colors too. they were out of bunny tails so i didn't get one but customer service was really helpful with that. they also upgraded my chair for free to get the head and back pillows. 10/10 will be buying from them again ... show more
