This chair took about 30 minutes to put together by myself with the included hex tool and included instruction booklet. The seat itself has some great features normally not seen in other chairs, like a coat rack, extendable foot rest and arms that can swivel out. The seat cushion itself is nice and comfortable for my liking and working at my home computers though being 6'2" I think the head rest could have been better had it been able to extend a little higher. If I am slouched down I can rest my head with it though. The swivel arms are a little awkward at times, especially when you sit down and usually grab the arm for support and it easily moves so take care when sitting down or getting up.

We've been using this as a home-office chair for the past few months and are happy with the quality and ergonomics. The chair arrives in pieces and took about 20 minutes to assemble. The instructions are clear, and the only issue we ran into was we were missing one screw for the bottom in the hardware kit. We ended up not using it as it was 1 of 4 screws, and haven't had an issue with it missing. The chair is highly customizable. The armrests have height and angle adjustments, back tilt, chair height, lumbar support, headrest angle and height, etc. make it easy to tailor the chair to your person. We ended up using the pull-out footrest more than expected as well. The padding on the seat is supportive, yet not too firm, and the mesh back on the seat is comfortable while not getting "sweaty" when sitting for long periods. Overall we're very happy with the chair (other than the missing screw, which has generally been forgotten) and it's seen daily use without any issues.

Having assembled and used several office chairs before, I was highly impressed by this one. First, like another reviewer said, it comes well packaged. Everything is wrapped in plastic and/or surrounded by Styrofoam. Well done, arrived with no blemishes. Next I have to say this... most things I have assembled have included an Allen wrench or a combo Allen wrench/screwdriver, which I have immediately thrown in the trash and got out my "real" tools. The Allen wrench they included with this chair was a T-handle Allen wrench which was highly usable, with a thick handle for easy grip. Once I saw this, I had a good feeling about how this assembly would go. The instructions were surprisingly clear, and it went together quickly. Everything fit well. The parts were separated into individual pouches to make it simple... and there were not many parts (11 bolts if I remember correctly). It included spares of each bolt size. This chair has features that similarly priced ones do not. The seat is padded instead of mesh. It has an extendable footrest that slides in/out easily. The headrest adjusts up/down and rotates vertically to fit. The armrests adjust up/down. The height adjustment lever works well, and uses cables instead of the normal lever. For goodness sake, there is even a retractable coat hanger on the back! The quality is impressive. The tilt tension wheel is large and rubberized and of obvious quality. The chair is very comfortable, and the rocker (tilt) tension works well for me, and I am pretty heavy. Overall, I was quite surprised at the quality and features of this chair. Excellent!

This chair worked out well for us - I previously had a “gaming chair” that was huge and had garish colors on it, my wife hated it. Our PC is in a corner off our small-ish living room and it took up way too much space. This chair is much less bulky but still comfortable enough for a large adult to work in for long periods of time. I like the coat hanger feature built in to the back of the chair. My kids like to use the footrest, I’m a big enough guy that I’m not going to tempt fate by trying it.
