Your browser does not support HTML5 video. 2020 update: After around a year of use the main shock is broken again. This is 2 in a year. Also long periods of sitting in this chair reveal that the back lacks basic ergonomic support. There is a metal bar that is horizontal across the mid to mid-upper back that starts to dig in and is painful if reclining. The seat does not breath and causes mass sweating as compared to cloth or mesh chairs that I use. While support is amazing, the product itself is not. About 9 months in the squeaking came back and I had to treat the chair the same as support directed and the squeak went away again. So, I would not recommend this chair to anyone who is going to need to sit in it for any length of time. Sadly working from home during COVID19 this was my only chair option for months and I suffered because of it. *Updated: their support was great, quick to respond and fixed the squeaking of this chair for me. While the squeaking was fixed with lubricating specific parts of the hinges, they also sent me a new base and gas shock because the video showed problems with the base as well. Great experience. This chair replaced and old chair that was falling apart. While it is mostly a nice chair it makes a ton of noise and feels wobbly. I have tightened every screw and nut multiple times. I don't know if this chair can be made to no feel wobbly and not squeak. The chair itself seems like a sturdy chair with its metal frame. It is also nice to be able to use the reclining option to relax after a few hours of gaming. I have also come to appreciate the legs support and how it operates. I would love to give this chair a 5 start rating but I cannot with the wobbling and noises it makes. ... show more

Was a little concerned this chair would be cheap or flimsy because the price is in the lower range, but this chair is f****** AWESOME. It advertised 150 degrees of reclining but it actually has 180 degrees. Also didn’t even realize until after I ordered it but the lumbar pad also has a USB powered massage function! The chair is very sturdy and was easy to assemble. We had it put together within 20 minutes. This was worth every penny, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.     • Keeps posture correct to combat fatigue caused by long hours at a desk at the expense of being cushy
First gas lift cylinder that came with the chair seized up within the first few days and chair would no longer rise or descend. Seller immediately sent replacement parts when I told them about the bad part, they also sent an extra set of screws, tool, and base plate with control lever and tension spring just to cover all the bases. I was very pleased. The chair isn't as cushy as I would have liked, and the support pillows that come with this chair and indeed I see them coming with many office and gaming chairs nowadays are strange to get used to. They do however work at keeping posture correct and supporting key areas of the neck and back. Although It may not feel comfortable initially, you will find that you can spend long hours at a desk gaming and get up with minimal stiffness and pain in the body. Taking the support pillows off makes the chair more like my old chairs I was used to that I pulled from rubbish piles with giant "FREE" signs next to them. I occasionally sit in the chair without these pillows so i can sit farther back into it, but the way the chair is constructed you can feel metal or plastic bars within the chair pressing on your back but I've only ever noticed it when changing positions as I sit watching a movie or something. The chair reclines 180 degrees, has a nice footrest, it doesn't extend incredibly far and at the max length it has doesn't feel totally sturdy but it gets the job done and has not given me any problems. It's a nice addition. The final thing about this chair that is nice is the vibrator that is inside the lombar support pillow. It comes with a special cord that plugs into the pillow and the other end of the cord is a standard USB Type A connection. It's nothing special but the vibration can at times be very useful and even incredibly soothing for working out sore spots in that part of the back, or just getting into a deeper relaxed state. The arm rests are adjustable, can be raised and lowered as well as turned a click to the left or right so they can be either straight (Parallel), or pointed inwards, or outwards. It rocks nicely when the tension spring is loosened. Overall, not as comfortable as I thought it would be, not as comfy and cushy as i would have liked. However if it was, I think I may have an ergonomic nightmare on my hands that my body would not thank me for as I age. You get what you pay for, the "Massaging" tidbit really got me hooked and alas it's just simple vibration lol. A good gaming/office chair. ... show more
