This saltwater chlorine generation system is a very easy install, if you have any questions the video on the product page is helpful and the instructions are well done. I like that it has a 25ft power cord and comes with most of what you need to get it setup and going. It works for pools up to 21,000 gallons, which would be a massive pool. The media could not be loaded. The video explains it better, but to summarize, this system hasn’t given me an accurate salinity reading, i took a sample to the pool store and my salinity was 3,700 PPM, before leaving with my sample, the system was showing a PPM reading in the 400s which triggered the LO SALT protection. When i returned the reading was in the 1800s. I went to work for 4 hours, and when i returned it read now in the 4800s which triggered the HI SALT protection, so of course in either situation, the system wont operate, meaning I’m making 0 chlorine for my pool. Not sure if my unit is defective or what but it’s definitely not working correctly..

This seems to be a well made salt water generator system. It's still a little early in the year to test it fully, but what I have tested seems to work fine. It produces chlorine and the connections are tight and leakproof. I look forward to putting it through the full paces once summer is more upon us.

Even the pool guy made the comment that he thinks this one will work much better than our last one. Setup was easier, and the instructions came in an actual manual instead of a little tiny pamphlet that no one over the age of 25 can read without a magnifying glass. Excited to throw our old one away!
