I have mine set to 4 -5 power and works well, if you go higher it will freeze what's in your fridge. Is also almost silent too. Have had about 6 mini fridges in the master bedroom in my life and this is the most efficient of all, and the retro '60s style is cool too! Beautiful, looks even better in person. Arrived quickly, was not terribly heavy to move but still sturdy, and installation was a piece of cake. I live in a travel trailer and so this was the perfect size for us. Freezer can actually fit a lot in it; I can fit two full size frozen pizzas, two big bags of frozen fruit from Costco, and more! Which is helpful because the fridge compartment is not very big, a little bit tinier than I expected actually. Over all, I am very happy with this purchase, and I feel I received a quality product with a fantastic value for the price! And the energy efficiency is a bonus to the retro beauty! Would love to order a full-sized one when I live in a space big enough to allow it. ... show more

This will be a review that will have edits as I progress in its use. **Edit 9/21/24: Internal Frost/Temp Control. Yes. I know it is NOT frost free. Not a real issue. I just wonder if anyone has come up with a solution to the uneven cooling? In a normal range setting items WILL FREEZE in the fridge 3/4 of the way back from the front. I’m thinking of putting some thin styrofoam on the back wall to help with this. Anyone else come up w/ something? Other than that... Still running great! Brrrrr! 🥶 Part One: Delivery. The delivery was flawless. I ordered through Amazon and this kid carried up my driveway to the garage on his shoulder (see below about moving). Not a scratch or dent/ding on it. When people say the packaging was falling apart... NO. It's designed for the top to separate from the bottom. That's why there are straps... Anyway... That said, now we get to the worried part. I retrieved the owners manual pamphlet... and sat to read it and discovered this buried in the text: -- MOVING THE REFRIGERATOR: #5: When moving, the appliance cannot be tilted over 45° as possible damage to the sealed system could occur. -- This is also contradicted as you can see in the images I provided... And... Me thinks that should be a bit more prominently displayed as I had already moved the unit up two flights of stairs on a hand truck! So now I have it where it will be permanently situated and after all this tilting and jostling allowing it to “rest” for four hours before plugging it in! More to come!! -- ONE YEAR LATER- Zero Complaints so far. It works flawlessly. I may need to defrost soon but I'll wait for summer since it is warmer out. If you are thinking of this fridge go for it. And now it's half price!! Even better! The only crapshoot is the delivery. This is why I chose Amazon. More if anything changes... ... show more

I purchased this fridge in black for my office. I love the retro look on this one. It arrived in perfect condition. Handles were easy to attach with three screws each. It can be balanced so it doesn’t wobble on uneven floors. It cools great. The freezer is cold enough to make ice with a tray. Also bought the marching microwave.     • Nice college dorm fridge but beware!
My son was so excited to receive this graduation/college gift from his grandparents so we set it up immediately in his room and he promptly stocked it with his cokes and water. The next night however there was a disaster. The cokes froze and exploded, shattering the glass shelves and when we opened it there was a million shards of glass and sticky frozen coke EVERYWHERE. Luckily there is a drip tray over the motor which kept it from being flooded with coke, but the clean up was a nightmare. I was also not able to remove the drip tray to get the coke out so it was a huge pain to sop it up without getting any on the motor. I was able to order new shelves, but it took several weeks and did not get here before he left for college so overall the fridge has been a disappointment. It's a good fridge, and looks really cool, but remember to turn down the temp control when you first get it, and don't stock it until you're sure the temp is right. ... show more

Exactly what I was looking for. It didn’t come damaged. I haven’t experienced any leakage. It does have some noise but it’s nothing loud, personally I don’t mind the noise since it’s low and I sleep with my tv on so I don’t even hear it anyway. The freezer temperature you can’t adjust, you can only adjust the fridge part. The doors are easy to open and easy to close. It is a jet black glossy color. It fits a 2 liter drink in the fridge and freezer along with a whole bag of salmon in the freezer. It is cat approved! ... show more

I bought this mini fridge to put in my gameroom downstairs. I freaking love this thing. It it extremely spacious. The temperature control in on point.     • Does not hold a stable Temperature in Refrigerator or Freezer
I’ve spent the past two weeks trying to get this unit to hold a reasonably stable temperature. I’ve tried with a half stocked to fully stocked Refrigerator and Freezer. I’ve tested with multiple thermometers. The best result I can dial in has the refrigerator swinging from 29 degrees to 40 degrees and freezer ranging from -15 degrees to 10 degrees several times a day. I suppose on the positive front it does average out near the ideal temp numbers, but I certainly would not store anything for very long that could spoil. Unfortunately I need a more stable temp.
