Bought this little gem for my freezing office and I am not disappointed! It's quiet, not too hot and works exactly as promised it would work. If you knock it over, it shuts off until you set it back on it's little bottom. Easy to turn off and on, no rocket science needed to use it. The heat coming off it is sufficient to gently warm a small room, without a danger of fire. It's durable, I've knocked it over several times and it keeps on working. It's small so it doesn't take a lot of energy to run and it's actually a bit cute. I've stood directly in front it and not been burned, though I would still recommend you keep it free of any items to prevent overheating.     • Exactly what I needed!

I have a 20 x 45 shed without electric power. In the winter, the shed is very cold. I use an ECOFLOW DELTA 1300 battery generator for electricity in the shed. I have a regular space heater, but its 1500 W input power quickly consumes the battery generator. I wanted a low-wattage space heater that would give me perhaps 90 minutes of run time on the battery generator. The Gaiatop heater exceeded my expectations. It has a strong flow of air and an impressive heat output - given its relatively small size. When the heater starts, the incoming wattage is slightly above 600 W (as reported by the battery generator). After perhaps five minutes of operation, the input wattage drops to approximately 465 W - excellent for my intended purpose. I can average 2 hours of heater run time on my battery generator. I like the simple design - an on/off button and a tip-over shutoff switch. The casing does not become appreciable hot and the power cord is sufficient long. I do not use the heater to heat the shed. Instead I use it to heat the area adjacent to me and to warm my hands when they become cold inside of the winter work gloves. I wholeheartedly recommend this space heater. I've only had it for a day at the time of this review, but I am very impressed with it for its cost. ... show more

This heater isn't very powerful and electric heaters are never efficient but it's exactly as expected and exactly what was need for a little additional heat in my pump house. Heat escaping from my water heater and a thermostat controlled heat lamp are usually enough to keep Pex from freezing but in the double digit subzero temps we've been having during this arctic blast an additional source of heat was needed. This little low output heater is small enough to fit right where it's needed, the output isn't hot enough to endanger plumbing, low output means low power consumption and the price is right. Don't expect this to heat a room or even a small closet, this is a point of delivery heater. I put it on a remote control so the pump house door doesn't have to be opened to turn it on and off. ... show more

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: It fell from 1.5 feet onto carpet and broke instantly. Something audibly came loose on the inside and it makes a scary loud, messed up noise when I turn it on. I guess you actually do get what you pay for. Being cold natured with bad circulation, this little heater has been a lifesaver for my office. It puts out a surprising amount of heat for its size and is relatively quiet, not quite silent but still not obnoxiously loud or anything. Having the security of an automatic shutoff switch is great too, knowing I wont burn the building down if I accidentally knock it over. There's no fancy bells and whistles or anything, like different heat or fan settings, but for the price it's definitely a no brainer and serves its purpose perfectly. ... show more

It's a very small compact heater fitting on a cramped desk or other nearby structure, working well. It is remarkably rugged (oops, the eventual fall off the edge did not mean the end) and looks very cute.

The space heater is tiny but powerful. The space heater is so small making it easy to move as desired. Its super easy to use, plug it in and press the button to turn on. It does not have temperature control so when it warms up enough just press the button to turn off. Plus, I love color. Super CUTE! I normally have the heater on my desk at work, but sometimes I bring it home and place it in my room. I am a person that runs cold at all times and having the house heater doesn't always help. Small and a bit cheap but it works well. I use it often. It's only been a month approximately so I'm hoping that it will last. Cord gets a little warm, so just keep an eye on it. No smells, and warms a small room or cubicle/office. It reminds me of a hair blower on medium hot setting for reference.

This works magic! In order this heater when our heat went out when it was in the teen digits. I order once for each room in my house. At one point I was only using this heater to keep my living room warm without actually using my heat. After about 2hours on high, my whole front part of my house was nice and toasty.
